Women of NCIS Question

i have a kinda stupid question but maybe the answers will help new users with the same question. so i have done it once before but forgotten how. how do i change the like profile icon thing because mine is getting really old?

You save a new icon onto your computer and then upload onto your profile. Then you click the 'Make User Icon' button underneath that icon. Done :)
