Today was Saturday. It had been 3 days since Ethan’s and Thor’s night of fun and ever since then everyone has been laying off the whole fall in love thing so today I decided to give the pendant thing ago.

But this time something was different
This time when I closed my eyes and the pendant went up in the air and I saw the man with the woman she looked sad.

Like she was hiding something

I tried to get into her thoughts tried to see what her feelings where but it stopped again. I got up and ran down stairs, Thor was the only one that was home and with him was Ethan. I was panting, Ethan got up, and from the couch he looked alarmed.”Sade? What’s wrong?” he said putting his hand on my shoulder, usually when he touched me I would flinch or slap his hand away but this time I didn’t I couldn’t. “I tried it again, there’s something different about his time” I said, he shocked with his smile and slight giggle. “Always the persistent one, now sit down” he said he had control and power in his voice, he slid his hand onto my upper back and stirred me to the couch.”How was this time different?” he asked, I looked at his hand now sitting on my shoulder he then quickly moved it away. “Ah, I usually see the same thing, but this time the girl she looked sad” I said, I looked up at his face expecting a smile, but there was no expression. “But I thought the pendant only changed when Mocaloo’s changed it” he said, now worry in his eyes. “What? Moca what? I asked. “Never mind” he said now he was smiling, I liked I was glad when he smiled again I hated seeing him upset. Then we heard a thump.

It was Thor; he took one look at us and smiled. “Seriously, just go out already” he said walking over and sitting in the couch opposite to us we both looked at each, Ethan smiled. “nah, man looks like she’s still denying it” he said, I was going to say something else but instead something else came out.”Ethan? Can I talk to you for a second” I said, as soon as I did I saw the shock on both their faces, Thor’s especially.

Ethan nodded and we both walked into the kitchen. For a while we just stood there until he finally said something. “Well?” he said raising an eyebrow. “We can’t tell Thor” I said, he gave me a confused look. “Why?” he said, looking at Thor who was trying to consecrate on the game without the corner of his eye slipping.”When I came out, I was totally freaking out! It would just worry him” I said. Now I was looking at Thor. “Fine, but if he asks I’m not lying” he said walking off toward Thor.

For the rest of the weekend me and Ethan didn’t speak, in fact he didn’t even come over. That Monday morning I got up extra early. As I walked down the halls I recognized Thor, he was cooking pancakes. I walked over to the table and sat down; he then turned around and raised his eyebrows. “You’re up early” he said putting the pancakes on a plate. “I could say the same thing to you” I said taking a pancake and taking a bite out of it. “I’m trying to stay in mom’s and dad’s good books” he said sitting down. “Yeah, about that where did you go?” I asked. “I told you, a club” he said taking a bite out of his pancake. “Before that, Ethan said you were going somewhere” I said, taking another bite out of my pancake. “Ethan, eh” he said in a mocking tone. “Shut up!” I said punching him in the arm. “Ouch, Okay, okay, but come on, you’re saying you don’t have any feelings for him” he said, rubbing the part of the arm where I punched him. “I don’t know” I said.

At school my first period was gym. Half way through it we were called in a circle and then I noticed standing next to the teacher was a young boy about my age. He had Light Brown hair, green eyes and was very tall. “Alright everyone this is Remi Martin” The teacher said. As soon as he did I heard chatter, I realised that his name was familiar, Adam had said something about having a brother. This tall boy was Adams brother.

After that class no one had stop talking about the cute boy and it wasn’t just the girl’s the boys were talking about inviting him to join the football team. The next period was Math and like every other day Adam was sitting next to me. I could hear all the other students talking about the new guy Remi and how he and Adam had the same last name. I wanted to say something to him but what was I meant to do? Just walk up to him and say ‘hey are you that new guy’s brother? You did mention once in class that you had one. So for most of the class I just sat there staring at him. “Sorry, you don’t mind if I sit here?” said Remi. He had the most perfect green eyes. “No, sure go ahead” I said putting on a girly smile. He got his book out and started reading I was now looking at him he notice this and looked back then he smiled.

Just as the bell went Remi got up and I saw a glimpse of Adam’s face it was filled with fury pure hate. As I walked to my locker I noticed that Adam was talking to Remi, they were huddled together I couldn’t hear or see their mouths moving. I saw Remi roll his eyes and walk off.
When I got home I saw Dawn sitting on the couch. She was texting on her phone I went over and sat next to her. “Hey” I said. “Hey” she said and nodded at me, I watched her as a smile lit up on her face. “You and Ethan, eh” she said turning to me with a smug smile. “What? How did you?” I said the look on my face was shocked. “Thor told me” she said. “Well it’s not true” I said giving her a mocking look. “Okay, but you should give him a chance” she said, dropping the smile and putting on a begging look. “No” I said giving her a glare. “If you worried about him hurting you, he will get his justice” she said, now giving me a smile. I returned the smile and got up.

That night I had a lot to think about. My first thought was would I give Ethan a chance; I mean it’s like I don’t like him. Oh god, I do like Ethan, so that means wait, what does it mean? I don’t have to go out with him, Does it? I kept thinking about what would happen with us and together it just doesn’t seem right. I was still going on like this until I heard a tap at my window.

Prolog;
The Gregindorf Prophecies

"Marinsa," Whispered Yanzo Jamleaf. "Where are you hiding?" Yanzo was looking for his friend and leader Marinsa Jackson. She had been in hiding for so long that Yanzo didnt know where she might be.
Marisa had hair so white it looked like a cloud, and eyes so green it looked like a forest. She was small but was fierce.
Yanzo was the opposite; He had black shaggy hair, blue eyes that looked like electric and was tall.
Yanzo heard a crack of leaves and a twig. He turned and saw Marinsa walking towards him.
"Hello my old friend," She said with a small smile.

The next day, everyone was surprised when Andrew stopped by. Reed looked at him; distrust in his eyes. Andrew stood there awkwardly, his hands behind his back and staring at the ground.

"No offense, but..." Nikolai began.

"Why're you here?" Reed finished.

"Uh, I wanted to invite you guys to dinner. I thought it was the least my family and I could do," Andrew replied. Everyone was silent. I had to be the one to answer.

"Sure. Thanks," I said. He smiled. Reed looked at me like I was crazy. I ignored him.

"Great," Andrew beamed.

He left a little while later, after meaningless conversation; mostly...

We went back to Alexander’s apartment after getting Lucy. Xander and Lucy had been sitting on the couch. He was fussing at her for running off.
“I can’t believe you didn’t tell me where you were going,” Xander’s lip curled up.
“I didn’t think you cared! You aren’t my damned guardian!” Lucy spat back defensively.
“Maybe not, but I care about you Lucy. I love you,” Xander looked down. My eyes were open wide, but I pretended like I wasn’t there.
    “I-I love you, too,” Xander...

Prologue:
When I Was Thirteen

“Chase!” Carrie Flinn yelled over the roar of music. A boy who looked uncannily like her— black hair, hazel eyes and a thin nose dusted with freckles— turned around.
“What?” he yelled back. “I'm trying to listen to the concert!” Carrie rolled her eyes and leaned her arms against the cool metal bar of the small balcony. She was with her brother, Chase, at a Metallic Lights concert, the band Chase loved and Carrie detested. They had quite amazing seats on a little metal balcony that hung just above the stage, so that anybody on stage could just reach...

I awoke to the sound of doctors running rampant.
    “How did he near death?”
    “Why did he do it?”
“Was it suicide?” All of these questions ran through my room. I opened my eyes, I was back in the mental institution. I looked over at my left arm. A cast ran from my wrist to my elbow. I remembered taking the meds, but I didn’t remember breaking my arm. I wonder how that happened.
“Dr. Demidov, how are you feeling?” A tall, thin man asked. He wore glasses, and he had...

I didn’t know where I was going, but I had to go somewhere. The fight with Grey had been bad. I didn’t feel guilty, and that bothered me. I always felt guilty after a fight, but this seemed to be an exception. I was…happy? No, that wasn’t the word, more overjoyed, I guess.
I kept walking; it was around seven when I sank down on the sidewalk. I was tired, and I had nowhere to go. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do…I could always look for Xander, but knowing him, he knew how to cover his tracks. The only person who seemed to know where he was at all times...

The museum visit had turned out to be fun. I learned Xander and Lucy were extremely educated about art, possibly more than I was.
Before we left the museum, Alexander had spotted an ad for a local artistry competition. The winner would get a contract with the museum, and the opportunity to have artwork in museums all over the world. We thought it would be a good thing for Lucy.
At first, she protested, but Xander gave her a pep talk. Lucy said she would consider entering. I think she was worried about criticism.

"Shiloh, I..." my mouth was dry, and I had no idea what to say. He smiled hopefully at me. I did love him, but I'm only eighteen! "I... uh..." The door opened, and Sicily and Chance walked in. Sicily froze when she saw us; my face burning and Shiloh down on one knee. She mouthed "oops" and tip-toed out of the room, still holding Chance. I heard her giggle.

"Well...?" Shiloh prompted, thinking I'd forgotten the previous conversation. I turned back to him, my mouth still gaping. Then, my heart seemed to melt. I realized I loved him a lot; and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.

"Yes."...

Yeah I know it sucks I was bored when I wrote this....so yeah.           [Chapter 1]
She stares at the rain in silence. Grieve over took her. She sat there still looking at the body lying cold, pale, still, and dead on the floor. She just stared not sharing a tear and droped the knife, she then looks at the lighting that was flowing in the sky. She then spares a tear, she sits still next to the body crying for her lover. What had she done? He didn't deserve the pain she gave him. She gets up and comes back with another knife, a bottle of scottch, and a...

Jason: blonde spiky hair, green eyes, wearing his favorite guitar shirt for almost three days straight, and he’s a teenager, but a rather short one. He has orange braces that are spotted easily when he smiles. Jason has an arm that can oddly twist all the way around in a
perfect circle. One of the strangest things about him is a black thing in the shape of a flame on his left leg. People think it’s a poorly drawn drawing, but he was born with it, and as he got older it grew with him.

Jason was sitting by the fireplace watching the flames blow from side to side. His eyes liked to find themselves,...

It felt like I had been submerged under water. I was suffocating.
“How could you leave her?” I managed to get the question out of my mouth.
“Genette didn’t tell me she was pregnant. I didn’t even know about Lucy until she was five. By then I figured it was too late,” Alexander said a look of pain was in his face.
“It’s never too late, Alexander,” I said, angered by the fact he would just give that magnificent child up.
“It was at the time. I didn’t know where she was, and the...

"This is beautiful!" Aiko breathed. Elaine beamed and laughed, "I knew you'd love it!" Elaine had called Aiko's apartment at five in the morning, telling her (well, more like yelling at her) to come to a spot in the park. In that spot was a bench facing a brilliant, crystal-clear waterfall that flowed around the bench like a sparkling moat. An authentic wooden bridge with white and blue roses woven in the railings connected the park with the solitary bench.
"We're going to meet your brother in such a beautiful place?" Aiko gaped.
"Yeah!" Elaine exclaimed, flopping down on the bench and grinning...

“I can’t get you out of my head either,” I said. Voices broke loose in my head, and I fought to push them all back.
“What are we going to do then?” he asked unaware of the chaos in my mind.
“What do you mean?” I asked confused.
“We both have feelings for each other. We can’t just ignore it,” Alexander said.
“I know,” I wanted to ignore it no matter what he said. That would be rude though.

Part two, obviously, of the first chapter. No warnings this time, unless you count lying and subterfuge.

Inheritance

Part Two

Harper, March & Fields wasn’t a law firm I’d ever heard of until a few months ago when I’d received a letter from them concerning my father’s will. It was strange that they’d waited until nine months after my 25th birthday to contact me — especially when the instructions had specifically stated alerting me on that day. Phyllis March wasn’t an entirely unpleasant woman to talk to, but she was fidgety and a little high strung. She...

“I know, and I don’t understand why the memory is resurfacing now,” I said shaking my head slightly.
“Do you think it’s because you’re with Grey more often?” Alexander asked. I’d rarely seen Grey while at the asylum. The only people I would talk to was Deborah, Dr. Anozi, Alexander, and a few college professors.

"Without the protection of other vampires," the King hissed. "Suppose they find out where she is now. Who will protect her? She's as good as dead now!" The King sighed irritably and strode towards the door.
"Inform the Society that I will not be available for the next year," he said coldly. "And this time, don't mess it up." The King strode out of the...

I sat on a black, leather couch, starring at the deep blue walls. I was in Alexander’s office, for my appointment. I’d come here straight from the cathedral. My hair was tangled, and messy. I still wore plaid pajama bottoms, and an old, gray tee shirt.
I came to a realization last night. Today, I would make my move. I have done enough to hold my own. Now I could be happy…Maybe.
I debated whether, or not I should tell Alexander about Lucy. Dr. Anozi would’ve liked the idea, but I’m not sure about Dr. Laveney.

Chapter 17

“Who killed them?!” Koda growled.
Iah was trying to keep Koda calm; from his few encounters with this one he knew anger was Koda’s worst enemy.
“I am not sure…” he replied softly.
“How can you not know!?” he screamed, charging after Iah. He dug his fingers into Iah’s chest as they turned to claws, slamming him to the ground, his dark red eyes bored into Iah’s sending dark chills through his mind. “You know everything else but you don’t know who killed them?”
Iah cringed in pain, trying to speak.
“I do not know but…I have a feeling who may have done…it”...

I had my first client today. I was to go to a middle school, and talk with an obsessive-compulsive child. Her name was Lucy Taylor. She was starting to be teased by other students. It was not right; it’s not as if she could help it.
I walked into the main entrance of the school. The halls were the color of dirt, the lockers a mucus green. I saw kids with name brand clothing going down the halls. As I walked toward the big sign that said Guidance Counselor on the front, I saw a group of kids. They were all against the left side of the hall. They were all dressed in...
