He's a professor, though of what subject is unknown, possibly genetics (since his daughter once expressed interest in that field). He and Professor Xavier knew each other while they used to teach together in college. Thus, it was easier for him to accept that Jean was a mutant, and give her over to Xavier to teach.

Nirambo hails from the same tribe as the Hungan, presumably he acted there as the shaman who served under the Hungan and Storm when they had power over it. However, his loyalties lay more with Storm and her family, and he came to warn her about the Hungan's attack.
His initial efforts failed, but he was able to lead the X-Men to retrieve her afterwards. Since then he likely returned to his homeland.

Amanda's parents have since forbid their daughter from ever seeing Kurt again, though it is unsure if this was because Kurt was a mutant, because he lied to them (with his holowatch) or because he and Toad trashed their house. Regardless, Amanda has not given up on Kurt.

Leech's mother. A very doting, loving sort, she preferred not to talk about the emergence of Leech's powers, claiming he's just sick or his headaches will go away. Reminds me a lot of Rebecca Pryde, actually. They keep loving their children even after they're exposed as mutants, but seem unwilling to accept the possibility beforehand.
After her son is exposed and saves Spyke and the Morlocks (who saved him earlier), Professor X gives her his card and tells her of a place where Dorian can be welcomed.

Taryn is another of the normal kids that the X-Men know from Bayville High. She starts out as Jean's best friend and they're often seen walking around school together. Soon though, Taryn decides to make a move on Scott and the two start dating. This causes a rift between the girls as Jean sees it as a betrayal and Taryn feels that Jean had plenty of opportunities to go after Scott on her own.
After the X-Men are revealed as mutants, Taryn dumps Scott and she has not be in contact with any of the X-Men since.

Paul was Scott's best human friend in his time at Bayville High, who was one of the first to notice a connection between Rogue and Scott. Like most of the human students, he was shocked by the revelation that mutants were among them, and it is doubtful he is even on speaking terms with Scott anymore.
