Name: Fa Mulan (In English, Mulan Fa)
Alias: Jade Dragon
Occupation: hero, student
Powers: power sensing and recognition, flight, high density polymerized titanium Japanese fans, has a way with healing herbs and prefers them over modern day medicines, very intelligent, bonds with the Ancestors, professional martial artist, extremely agile
History: There was a prophecy about Mulan when she was born: It was said that she was to be the embodiment and hostess to the Jade Dragon spirit. But the Jade Dragon was the emblem of a different family. That alone caused tension between families. After a while, it seemed the prophecy had not come true and the tensions vanished. But the peace was short lived, for soon the girl discovered she had meta-human abilities and ties with the Ancestors. This caused a huge feud in the families. The family of the Jade Dragon demanded the girl be handed over, but the girl’s family refused. Since this was a more rural region of China, and more based on the old ways, the only way to figure out who would have the girl was a battle. But Mulan, a radical thinker, thought instead of fighting over who would keep her, she would live with each family for half a year, each year until she was to marry at age 15. She was four when she decided this plan of peace. Both families grudgingly agreed to the treaty and Mulan started by living with her own family from January 1st to June 30th, and lived with the other family from July 1st to December 31st. As Jade Dragon, she is very secretive and does not like people knowing who she is. She will not needlessly give out her hero name and things like that. She makes her opponents guess and uses her intelligence to find weaknesses while she played mind games with them. Jade Dragon likes to combine her agility into her martial arts, making her a very strong foe.
Notes: Mulan is very polite and quite maternal. She always needs to know that those who are like family to her are okay. She is also quite loyal, but very shy and it takes a bit to get her out of her shell. She quickly adapts to most situations, even if she doesn’t show it with confidence and enjoys new things. Mulan is very spiritual and when meditating, if disturbed, she will become quite angry. Mulan is a very skilled tea maker and loves to drink it.

Czarina, still on four legs, sped ahead of the others. She reached the edge of the zone of destruction and halted in her tracks.  A semi-concious Scotch had her arms loosely around Richi’s neck, who stood in the center of the ruins. Everything surrounding them was blown back, demolished, as if there had been a vicious tornado, and the two teens had been in the eye of it.
 “Remind me not to piss Scotch off,” Blaze muttered, who had reached the wolf along with the others.  
“Richi! Scotch!” Val raced forward to her friends. As she neared, she was able to better see the red beginning...

The final sneak peek for the fifth book in the Red Revenge/ DC Comics crossover series.

“No.” Revenge breathed. He ran over to the two girl’s bodies, kneeling next to them. Police sirens screamed around the corner and slid to a halt in the road. Several dozen officers filed out and all pointed their guns at Red Revenge.

“FREEZE!”

Revenge didn’t move.

“HANDS UP! NOW!”

Revenge slowly raised his hands in surrender.

“MASK OFF!”

Revenge didn’t move.

“NOW!!!”

“You should’ve left that last part off.” Red Revenge said, still not moving. Then in one quick blur, he shot a dagger into the road and it exploded, spraying smoke everywhere. Revenge grabbed one of the girls and ran, police firing into the smoke.

The note said that she was her mother's legacy.
And the note told her to to find the boy with white hair to explain to her what she must know.

The knock sounded on her door, just as she expected. She didn't move to open it, returning to putting her stuff in hidden spots. She wasn't surprised when he was suddenly leaning against the wall. She just kept busy.

Tara made no response or sign that she even heard him. She just went on with putting away the clothes she would re-pack later on. He grabbed her arm, forcing her to stop. She looked at him blankly.

Personality: quiet and too himself, he is deaf so he will use sign language or make an animal noise ( usually a cat noise)

Powers/Abilities: has abilities of a cat, ( eyes turn into cat eyes when using night vision, fingernails turn into claws though shows no animal features like ears or tail) often takes traits of most animals he sees by acting like them.

Heor Outfit: he wears a black body suit with black goggles or a black mask that covers up to his nose.

The pigeons soared over the squat buildings until settling on the roof of a wine shop.
