So very sorry. CLICK.
Haha I didn't let you read the excerpt!!! Did the title get your attention? Good.
So...this is a new OC I’m making, Carmen. I probably won’t be RPing with her very much until I start my next series, Chasing Shadows (for reasons you won’t get till later), but I thought I’d introduce her now and maybe start RP...
Name: Carmen Vidal
Alias: Moanna
Occupation: Hero
Age: immortal but looks 16
Appearance: about 5’6”, slender, lightly tanned skin, short wavy brown hair about shoulder length, dark brown eyes, Hispanic
Personality: sassy, sarcastic, rebellious, headstrong, friendly, bitchy to anyone she doesn’t like, really nice inside even though she’s super sassy, outgoing, confident
Civvies: She usually wears old fashioned clothing; dresses, mary jane shoes, that sort of thing. Her clothing is reminiscent of the time period in which she originally lived (1944)
Costume: similar to her civvies
Powers: -immortality
-connection with the underworld
-ability to see and communicate with spirits, fairies, mythical creatures like Fauns
Skills: -hand-to-hand combat
-knife fighting
-smarts/intelligence
Weapons: -she uses a silver dagger
Bio: Carmen was born in 1944 in Spain during the fascist revolution. Her mother was a woman named Ofelia and her father was a tailor who died in the war. After her father died, her mother married a captain, a cruel, heartless man named Vidal. Carmen was always interested in books and fairy tales. One time, when her mother, who was pregnant with the captain’s son, took Carmen to the army base to see her “father” the captain, Carmen saw a creature she believed to be a fairy. That night, she saw the fairy again and followed it through an abandoned labyrinth where she met a Faun. The Faun told her she was really Princess Moanna, the daughter of the king of the underworld who, years ago, died because she came up to the human world, and that she had to complete a number of tasks. She did, but when she was in the labyrinth to complete the last task, the captain found her and killed her. However, her blood fell into the portal to the underworld, therefore preserving her soul as the princess. In the underworld, she learned to fight, but she still longed to come back to the human world. She escaped and lived on her own, fighting crime and eventually joining the team.
Notes: -she keeps her fairy companions with her
-she often leaves at night to visit the Faun in the underworld, but she always tries to hide from her father
-she hasn’t told anyone her past
-she always keeps with her a piece of white chalk that she uses to draw a door in any surface leading to the underworld
So there’s Carmen! Props if you can guess what she’s based on! HINT: it’s a movie. One that you probably don’t know...

Scene 2:
"You are a good man." Barbara said once more, firmly.
"Thanks, Babs." Sam said softly, looking into the red-head's blue eyes. Barbara returned the gaze. Sam leaned forward and brushed a strand of hair put of her face. "You are one of the best people I have eve met in my life." Sam said softly. "I'm glad we're friends Barbara."
The red-haired girl smiled and leaned forward, pressing her lips slightly to Sam's. Sam reached one hand into her fiery hair and pulled her closer, deepening the kiss before breaking off and standing up. "We tried this before. It didn't work out."
"Yeah..." Barbara said, looking to the side. "Sorry."
"Me too." Sam said, slipping on his mask and jumping from the window.
Barbara took a deep breath and about a full sixty seconds before returning to her computer.

Revenge started towards the Bat-Wing, but Batman turned and held up a hand.
"Clark, go. I'll be there in a minute." the Dark Knight said. Superman nodded and walked aboard' one hand on Kara's shoulder.
"You can't come." Batman stated plainly.
"Why not?!" Revenge demanded.
"Because you're pushing Clark's temper and Wonder Woman forbade you from ever visiting Themyscira after leading Wondergirl into a trap."
"Clark's temper?" Revenge asked incredulously.
"The girl likes you too much."
"Of course she likes me." Revenge smirked.
"Exactly, and you're having a bad influence on her. Clark wants you to stay here. I personally think she needs someone like you right now, but Clark says no and he is her cousin."
"Alright, I'll stay here with Alfred."
"Don't ask for too many sweets." Batman warned.
"Why would I ever do such a thing?" Revenge asked, mocking shock.
Batman smirked and boarded the Batwing.
"Yo Alfred!" Revenge called. "Cookies!"
