“How are you?” Becca asked as she sat in her boyfriends dark room.
She sat against the headboard, Robin's head in her lap and his body between her open legs. Her hand was petting his hair and his mask lay somewhere on the floor.
“I don't know.”
“What's wrong baby?”
“I don't know.”
“Life getting you down?” she whispered.
“Yeah.”
“How so?”
“Everything's just so...disastrous, heavy on the dis.”
Becca smiled at his wordplay but it disappeared at his next few words.”
“Sometimes I want to give up being a hero.”
“Why? You're wonderful.”
“There's too much going on. I really like doing this but..something has to give. I can't give up being Dick Grayson; too suspicious. And I'm not giving you up. So the only other thing is my hero life.”
“Why would you ever give it up?”
“Too many roles to play.”
“A man plays many roles in his life. For all the worlds a stage and men are merely the actors. Or something like that.”
“Nice Shakespeare. Very appropriate.”
“That's the point. Robin, you can't give up your life. Being a hero, being Dick Grayson. Being my boyfriend-these are all just different sections in one life. You play your role very well.”
Becca lowered her voice as she leaned down to his ear.
“And that's one reason why I love you.”
Robin leaned up on one elbow and placed a soft kiss on Becca's lips. It only lasted a second but it was a beautifully passionate second. Becca smiled as Robin pulled away.
“I love you, Sparrow,” he whispered.
“I love you, too, Dick.”
The two smiled at each other before Becca pulled a distance away.
“You think we should head back out?” she asked.
“Nah. The party will last for hours.”
“Won't Batman want to stalk you? Especially since we ran off?”
“...On second thought, let's go back out.”
Wally groaned loudly the next morning when his alarm clock went off. He hit the snooze button several times before finally unplugging it and getting out of bed.
“Damn spazy clock,” Wally yawned.
He looked around for a clean outfit in his mess of a room. He never could find anything unless it was out of place. With another yawn, he zipped into some random clothes and walked out of his room. He raced down the hallway and into the kitchen. He was surprised to see Becca sitting with Megan.
“What are you doing here?” he asked.
“Spent the night. Batman allowed me to since he was taking Robin home anyway. It was still a late night though. You were out as soon as the party was over but Megan, Artemis, and I did all the cleaning. We're not just here to stare at mind you.”
“Okay. So...what's up? Any news from the Batcave?”
“Yeah. Set up another training session while he and Robin go and do their hero thing. Aside from Young Justice and JLA of course.”
“Right.”
Wally sat on the stool beside her, eating a bowl of cereal while Megan started making pancakes. Becca gently corrected the Martian when needed but otherwise the three were silent. Not long after, Connor walked in. Becca and Megan greeted him while Wally just nodded. Kaldur had gone to Atlantis with Aquaman so everyone was up when Artemis dragged herself in to lay on the couch.
“Ugh! I'm so tired!” she whined.
Becca got up and, as dramatically as possible, fell over the archer.
“Me too. I think I need more sleep. Right now would be good.”
She smiled when Artemis pushed her up before Becca fell off the couch completely.
“Ah! Artemis!” Becca yelled on a laugh.
Said archer glared at her.
“Get over it. I'm too tired to be nice today.”
“Yesterday was on of your good days?!”
“Unfortunate for you, huh Wally?”
Becca shot him a pitiful smile before standing. She headed down the hall towards Megan's room. She disappeared but a sound of water could be heard a minute later. Becca poked her head out for just a minute.
“Hey Artemis? Can you come here? I need your help?”
The girl groaned but got up anyways. She entered the room Becca was in and closed the door. Seconds later, they heard a gasp before an angry yell.
“Becca!”
The girl dashed out of the room quickly, giggling devilishly. She jumped the counter and hid behind Megan. Artemis walked out of the Martian girl's room, soaking wet.
“Becca! You're dead!”
With an even more dramatic scream, Becca made a dash for the Zeta beam. Artemis ran after her. The three in the room shared a humorous look before going back to whatever they had been doing. More destructive noise filled the base as Becca tried to escape her angry friend. The Zeta beam announced the arrival of someone and Wally listened for the name.
Recognized: Robin B01
“Save me save me save me!” Becca screamed.
“Don't you dare! Or your next!”
“Artemis c'mon! I was trying to help you wake up! It worked right?”
“Becca, you have three seconds to run before I kill you...Three!”
Another scream and Becca came running through with Artemis hot on her trail. Wally suppressed a laugh as Robin slowly walked into the room, looking a little confused.
“Did Becca dump water on Artemis?” he asked.
“Yeah. What are you doing here? Becca said you and Batman had a hero thing.”
“Change of plans. JLA needed him. I had a little help from a friend so I headed here.”
“Cool.”
There was a crash and a scream somewhere down the hall and they all looked that direction.
“Get off Artemis! I mean it!”
“You don't scare me! Say you're sorry and we'll call it even!”
“Ha! I don't say I sorry when ordered! Try again!”
“Becca! You're really close to getting it!”
“It was a friendly game of chase. But if you wanna make this a fight, I will oblige you!”
Robin sighed and shook his head.
“I'll go get Becca. Who wants Artemis?”
“I'll do it!” Megan said.
She raced down the hallway with Robin beside her. Both were amused and a little concerned to find Artemis pinning Becca down on the gym floor. Becca was struggling and she almost got loose until Wolf wandered in and distracted her. By then, both girls had seen their audience and Artemis was pulled off of Becca. Robin helped Becca up and she glared at Artemis.
“Late night?” Robin asked.
“Yeah.”
“I figured; you always get devious and violent when you're exhausted.”
Becca yawned and Robin picked her up bridal style. She curled up closer to him and closed her eyes as he carried her to his room. Megan turned to Artemis, who looked serious, deadly, and tired.
“Go to bed,” Megan told her friend. “We'll let Black Canary know of your rough night. If we have training that is.”
“What do you mean if? We always have training,” Artemis said on a yawn.
“JLA mission. Now go get changed. And get some sleep. You'll feel much better after. And I'll have food for you and Becca when you two wake up.”
“Thanks Megan. I owe you.”
Megan smiled and led her friend down that hall, ushering her into Artemis' room. As she closed the door, she shook her head. Life at Young Justice was never boring.

This is the song i chose for someones playlist. hope you like!
You sat me down on a rock hard chair,
You told me i'd never leave,
But i didnt care!
You're the good guy,
And i aint,
Its time to say good bye, this aint our fate.
You fight for the good,
But i dont, i dont.
I'm not sure it you love me,
Or i it just this good guy,
Bad girl chemistry?
You're the hero i'm suppose to hate,
But we dont play by the rules,
You took me on a date,
ANd when you got home, your freinds were like,
"You aint welcome back, Go get a life!"
Guess i have to say i'm sorry,
I didnt mean to casue ya trouble baby.
I'm not sure if you love me,
Or is it this good guy,
Bad girl chemistry?
Music
I'm the villain babe,
You're suppose to stop me from coming,
Or have a luck save.
I've got a hook,
And i'm pretty sure you know,
Its got something to do with your looks.
I'm not sure if you love me,
Or is it this good guy,

Somewhere in the Arctic, 4:49 a.m.
Nathan curled up on the rocky floor of the dark cave, protected from the snow for now. He'd found a piece of rock chipped off from the edges of the cavern and had somehow created a spark that had ignited into a flame. How it was sustaining, well, he didn't know. But it was keeping him warm, and for that he was grateful.
It suddenly dawned on him that he felt immensely drained, nearly useless. His heart wasn't beating as fast as usuall. Pushing himself up, he went to find a pool of ice, to see what was wrong. What he saw shocked him: his hair had turned to it's orginal mocha hue, a sign of no powers.
He sighed, and realized with a jolt he was in a cave. A cave... and the last person he'd seen was the Batman's daughter. This small fact slightly amused him, but amusement turned to worry. "Fin..." he murmured. "Why can't you see past what I've done? Why can't you see that I love you?"
