Powers: Butterfly Dodge (her body can turn into blue and black butterflies and move around in that form), Butterfly Jump (can jump and drift higher and longer that a normal human), Teapot cannon, Pepper Grinder, Hobby Horse, Vorpal blade (this blade can kill anything, even gods no matter how powerful), Bunny Bomb, Shrink sense (can turn tiny and see invisable platforms to walk on), Giant alice (can grow huge)

Relationship: The bad soul of Eclipse

Story: Phoebe was so scared by her past he cast out all the badness she could out of her soul making alice, Alice ran away and has been trying to kill Eclipse to get the power of Omega for her self
