Give up email?

I want to delete my YouTube account because I feel that I'm not safe anymore. But I figured that the only way to do that was to also delete my account on:
Web History
Google Talk
YouTube
and GMAIL?!

Okay, I want to delete my YouTube account A LOT, but I just can't delete my email address!
