It was during the montage scene right after the group ransacked the store on the Indian reservation. Little Rock was explaining Hannah Montana to Tallahassee and the song was playing on the car radio.

When that little girl was sitting in the passsenger seat and the guy who likes twinkies was driving. they were talking about miley Cyrus/ Hannah Montana. (sorry, I forgot their names)
I would know because I'm a big nerd about wicked :D
