Azula should have been shot by lightning for some irony and drama. I think it was horrible to keep her alive.

I think he actually felt bad for her because she went crazy. Sure he hated her but she was his sister and she was feeling totally paranoid and was going crazy. If Azula was my sister I would feel really bad for her

People are being too close-minded. Azula went through a horrible life too, Ozai raised her that way, and she had little form of love at all. She lost her mind when all of these emotions she held back finally sunk in. Ozai tried to kill Zuko, and he was SANE. Yet in the end, Zuko gave Ozai a shot by saying "Maybe being in here can do the same for you"-change. Azula is a 14 year old girl that was miss-guided. In Avatar, it's all about forgivness. Zuko was going to capture Aang (so the Fire Nation could lock him up) because he wanted his father's acceptance. They forgave him. Azula is a tortured mind, who just wanted revenge for Zuko 'taking' her friends, and her mother away from her.

Also, Zhao tried to kill Zuko, yet when Zhao was about to be dragged under water, Zuko tried to help him. Azula actually helped Zuko more than once. Of course he would have been upset if she lost her mind, when it came down to it, she and he shared around the same kind of pain. Who HASEN'T tried to kill Zuko, really? Zuko was taught to forgive, or at least try.

Azula's life is pretty sad. i feel sorry for her. you are right. she was raised wrong.

Azula is delusional and psychotic. Zuko had her placed in an institution to be treated and cared for. Even though she's a patient, she is still royalty, and she is probably treated a little better than average patients. In the new Dark Horse comic series, 'THE SEARCH" we see that Zuko wishes to repair his fractured family, and in the search for his mother, brings Azula with him. After all, Ursa is HER mother, too. Everyone's been on a life-changing field trip with Zuko, now it's Azula's turn.

Yes,Azula was still his baby sister. Its not Azula fault how she turned out. It was hos she was raised. Zuko understood this.
