Hi, everyone! Welcome to 2019! I've decided to write my own introductory blog just in case I get new fans. For those who have been here for a while, this is a great opportunity for you to get to know me better. So, without further ado, let's get started.

Let me introduce myself. I am 80smusiclover1, or you can call me Kelly. As a matter of fact, I am perfectly comfortable and prefer being called Kelly. I have been on Fanpop since April 2013 when I was fourteen. I am now twenty. I come here not only to write fan fictions, kill time, and have fun, but also to be your friend. If you'd like to start a conversation with me, I'm just a message away. If you need a hug, I'm more than happy to give one.

I was born and bred in the Philippines, I have Portuguese blood, and I'm British by heart. I have an undying love for all things British: The culture, the history, the music, the humor, the accents, everything! Not to mention I've been to England four times!

Aside from writing fan fictions, my other favorite hobbies are listening to music (Especially from my favorite band, the Beatles, other classic rock bands, and 80's pop.), and playing games on my tablet, reading, toy collecting (Particularly My Little Ponies and Care Bears.), drawing, and playing my guitar. And of course, I love to travel, both to other countries and within my country. My favorite animals are dogs and horses.

I hope you enjoyed reading this blog. I have lots in store for all of you this year, and I can't wait to start a new fan fiction soon. Stay tuned!

Episode 1: Gordon, and the new diesel

It was a wonderful day on the island of sodor. Thomas was running his branchline as usual, when he stopped at a station. Gordon stopped next to him.

"Good morning Gordon." Said Thomas. "How are you on this fine day?"

"I'm doing alright Thomas." Gordon replied, "And I heard we're getting a new engine."

"That's awesome." Wheeshed Thomas, "Do you know when the new engine will be getting here?"

We were all very sad to leave Switzerland as we checked out of our hotel and rode a taxi going back to the train station. On the bright side, we thought to ourselves that we will surely come back someday. Our flight route going back to Singapore includes a connecting flight to Frankfurt, Germany via Lufthansa, where our Singapore Airlines flight is waiting. We wanted to go around Singapore before flying back to the Philippines, so we booked a hotel stay for two nights and three days. It's a Swisstastic Life Part 14

It is now is the last day for exploring, and we wanted to make the most of today before packing our things. My father got intrigued by a boat ride around the lake, so he asked us if we would like to try one. We got excited and accepted his offer right away. Our starting point for the boat ride is at the tourist center in Montreux, where we bought the tickets. The ride was very relaxing and fun with the calm, crystal blue waters and snow-capped Alps. We stopped at the Vevey pier near the town square. After dropping off, we explored the area, ate lunch, and bought plenty of souvenirs. As the day drew to a close, we took some last minute photos. We rested for a few minutes before packing up. I sighed and said to myself, "I'm going to miss this beautiful place so much. But I know we will visit here again soon."
