Can ASOIAF be finished in two books?

George R.R. Martin has said that Winds of Winter and Dream of Spring will be the last two books in the series, but he himself has said that he may break this promise. Let’s look at the current plot lines left at the end of ADWD

It Could, But Not Well. Its Just Finally Winter, and Now All The Peoples of Westeros Needs to Win an Extended War with The Others (In My Opinion) for Winter and "The Long Night" to End. And "The Long Summer" To Begin.
Not Thats a Very Broad Depiction, But if this is the Case I don't see how it could Possibly be Summed up in only 2 Book!?
