Here's Chapter Three.
Alice P.O.V.
I was shocked at what I could do. With the...what should I call them? Dreams? Signs? Pictures? Visions? I wasn't sure if it was normal...Was I crazy? Anyway. I finished the deer I had been feasting on and caught the smell of something different. Something interesting. Something...Familiar. But I couldn't understand why it should be in my memory. Maybe...No. I had nothing. I was a freak. It had been a...I don't know how big a space of time...since I had set eyes on people. I was completely...Not Savage?
I started to follow it carefully. It criss-crossed a lot - as if it knew it would be followed but didn't want to be. It went up some trees and through some bushes and... It was almost impossible to follow. It was planned. Definitely. I finally peered through a bush and saw what had been nimbly going through each nook and cranny to confuse any followers. It was a person. She had long dark brown hair and appeared to be crying. That was when I caught the scent I had so eagerly been following. She had scratches all over her arms. Probably from an attack of some creature or something. But why would she make the tracks so confusing? Was she or was she not your average human? She was on her knees with her back to me. But it wasn't her cuts - and scars - that had attracted me so much. It was the blood that oozed out of some of them. I was trying to remember why I should know the scent. Nothing came. Just as usual.
I smiled. Blood. Fresh, by the looks of it. I wouldn't want to lose control like this, but it was instinct. I felt like I had to...I was about to pounce and end the human's life right away...
I had disappeared from the bushes where I was getting ready for the ambush. I was back where I had been it seemed so many times before. But it also seemed like I didn't visit here enough. The man who had looked interested in my existence was still looking at me with careful, curious eyes. The laughter that danced in them disappeared to be replaced with what looked like fire as his honeycomb eyes changed to black...with a hint of red. He looked mad for a reason I couldn't pin down. I didn't know why, but I flashed him an apologetic smile and gave him a look with my eyes that I thought would say "Forgive me", although I'm not sure why I was apologizing for something I didn't even know to someone I didn't even know. But that was the thing. I felt like I knew him. After seeing him in my..."signs"? I felt like I'd known him my whole life, and yet, I haven't even met him.
I decided to try and approach him again. Putting one foot lightly and gracefully in front of the other, he examined my movements. He studied me carefully as I approached him. Once I got within a conversation area, instead of sparking up a conversation, I held out my hand. Quickly, without looking at it, just studying my face, he grabbed it in his. This HAD to be a sign. He stared uneasily at his hand, as if he wished that he could take it all back. But it was too late...
I was all of a sudden back in the bushes, spying on the bleeding, crying woman. I studied my mind as carefully as he had studied my face. We had finally met...Although we haven't spoken yet, we've made contact. That had to be the clearest sign yet. I clenched my fists, trying to control the urge to jump out at her because of the blood. I slowly backed off and once I was a few steps back, I turned around and sprinted back from the bushes, towards the trees once more.

Alice is a very friendly person and she shares many of the physical traits associated with Twilight vampires, such as inhuman beauty, pale skin, golden eyes (which darken as thirst increases) and deep purple shadows under her eyes. She is described as being petite, the shortest of the Cullens at 4'10", "thin in the extreme", with small, "pixie-like" features. She is also described to have large eyes and long, delicate eyebrows. Her hair is described as cropped short, spiky, and deep black. She moves gracefully, continually cited as dancing, with a carriage that would "break any ballerina's heart", as described by Bella in Twilight.
