It was morning at the Warner Bros. studios. Yakko, Wakko and Dot were still sleeping in their beds, until their alarm clock, which resembled Bugs Bunny, gave out a loud ringing and dinging. Yakko reached out his hand and, feeling for the clock, smashed it into pieces with his fist.
Yakko: [yawns and gets up] Good morning, Wakko.
Wakko: [yawns and gets up as well] Good morning, Yakko.
Yakko: Good morning, Dot.
Dot jumps down from her middle bunk, waving her hair. She looks at her brothers and waves her eyelashes at them, exiting the room as she continues waving her hair.
Yakko and Wakko: [calmly] Helloooo Beautiful Little Sis!
Later, in the bathroom, Yakko and Wakko were combing their sister's hair for her.
Yakko: Every little girl needs a good comb.
Wakko: Comby, comby, comby....
The director of their show then busted in.
Director: Hurry up! Shooting begins now! Now don't waste your time and scoot your patoot!
Yakko and Wakko, hearing this, eventually started to comb Dot's hair so fast.
Dot: Take your time, brothers. We can't miss shooting of our new episode!
Her brothers combed her hair very faster, in fact so fast that instead ended up messed up and looking like Goku's hair. Yakko and Wakko see this and think about their error as they exit their tower with Dot. However, as they were heading for the shooting area, the psychiatrist building, Yakko and Wakko view Dot's freakish hairstyle as hilarious and begin to chuckle.
Dot: [hears her brothers] Hey, what are you laughing about? What's so funny?
Yakko and Wakko, with hands behind their backs and blushes on their faces, shake their heads "no".
Dot: ..... OK? Seriously, sometimes I have to deal with your meddling. [walks to the shooting area, followed by Yakko and Wakko]
Director: Ok, Warners, in this scene, you'll enter the psychiatrist booth and begin to harass Dr.- [sees Dot's haircut] Whoa! [slowly begins to laugh]
Dot: And begin to harass what? [sees her brothers laughing] Shut up! Can't you see we're shooting our new episode?
Yakko and Wakko stop laughing.
Yakko: Oh, sorry.
Director: [still laughing] You'll enter the psychiatrist booth and begin to harass Dr. Scratchansniff!! [laughs out loud]
Dot: Ok, Ok, just stop laughing Mr. Director.
We go inside the psychiatrist building, where a filming crew guy is holding the clapperboard.
Filming Crew Guy: And... action!
As he moves away, Yakko, Wakko and Dot, who still has a bad haircut, burst in to prepare for their scene.
Yakko, Wakko and Dot: Hellooooo Dr. Scratchansniff!
Dr Scratchansniff: EEEK!!! What in ze world do ya- [sees Dot's haircut] want? [he begins to laugh]
Dot: Hey, your laughing's ruining the scene!
Director: [comes in] Cut! Cut! Cut! [takes a deep breath] Now, let's do this take again. [laughs again when he sees Dot's haircut] Perhaps my laughing will have to give this filming a break.
As the "puppy" children walk out of the building, Yakko and Wakko laugh at Dot and her hideous haircut again. They pass by Ralph the Guard, who sees the little toon's haircut and begins to guffaw.
Dot: What are you laughing about, Mr. Ralph the Guard?
The three then pass by Buttons and Mindy, who begin to laugh at Dot's haircut. The Warners then stroll past Rita and Runt, causing them to break out into laughter upon seeing her hideous haircut. Soon they pass by Minerva Mink with Hello Nurse (both who cause her brothers to go "Hello Nurses!" before resuming their laughter), The Goodfeathers, Pinky and the Brain, The Mime, Chicken Boo, Katie Ka-Boom and her family, The Hip Hippos, and every other cast member of Animaniacs. After some time, everyone else of Animaniacs' cast begin to follow the Warners, laughing at their little sister's hairdo. Even the grouchy Slappy Squirrel cannot resist making fun of Dot's hair.
Dot: [stops walking with her brothers] Ok, why are my cast partners laughing!?!?!?
Yakko: [laughing] Your hair looks so stupid,
Wakko: [laughing] It almost looks like Goku's hair!
Dot: What!?!? Heck no, my hair is well-combed and resembling the Warner Bros. shield logo.
Just as she says that, she looks down at a puddle and finally realizes her wacky haircut accidentally made by her brothers in the reflection. Shocked, she begins to tip-toe a few steps before running fast back to the water tower. She slams the door.
Dot: WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yakko: [yawns and gets up] Good morning, Wakko.
