Bonne-Bell Maybe in this scene Arthur will try and stop her as she's going into the water but then she breaks free and jumps into the water and he goes after her. That would explain why they're not wet in this shot. This shot could have also been used for just the promotion though so when we see it on screen, they might be wet from being in the water.
