With my compulsory education, that is.
And because I am feeling very something-y, I decided to tell you all a little about that compulsory education. You can tell me to shut up if you like :D
Anyhow, I survived this compulsory education without ever
- getting detention
- getting a 7 or worse on a report card (scale of 4-10)
- wearing make-up to school
- drinking
- smoking
- using other illicit substances
- getting suspended or expelled
- getting sent to the principal's office
- telling a teacher to fuck off (I did lecture my homeroom teacher about respect once though)
Things I achieved were
- getting a 10 in each subject at least once
- going inside the staff room
- speaking to the principal (without being sent to his office for evil deeds)
- getting a 'special prize' for Finnish and Swedish (I got a dictionary and our version of Hogwarts, A History. Yays.)
- entering every single class room at least once
- breaking school rules without being caught
So that's my peruskoulu... according to Finnish law, I don't ever have to go to school again.
I will, though.
And now we wait 12 excruciating days to find out whether or not I shall be doing it in English. Urgh.
Go ahead, call me a goody two-shoes :D
