A/N: This is set after Shadow Souls, so don't read if you don't want spoilers. The prologue is a taster of how Fell's Church's existing atmosphere has turned sour once again..

Summary: Three years, after Elena makes her decision, the gang are struggling to carry on with their normal lives. Ok, so I thought I'd take some time to explain why I feel Bonnie's treatment on the show is worst than all the other characters. First of all, I think all us Bonnie supporters realize that every character on the show has had their share of issues and pain. TVD is a drama after all so all the characters will end up wth drama filled lives. but there's a formula of cost and benefit that all characters are treated according to; except Bonnie. I'm going to BRIEFLY touch on our main and main supporting characters. not that our villians, supporting side characters and guest characters aren't important....
