He had practiced what he was going to say for hours. He had barely gotten any sleep last night he was so nervous. Now he was walking down the hallway to her office. The next morning Terry messaged him saying to meet at the rendezvous at one o'clock. Cal deleted the text in case Emily or Foster started to check his phone.
