Season 1 will always be one of my favorite seasons because it introduced me to Charmed and the characters that all of us fans love which are Prue, Piper, Phoebe, and Leo.
Despite the fact that the show started off with a death, it was a great way to start off a show and introduce us to the characters that we would fall in love with not to mention grow the seeds for two of the relationships that I would love: Andy and Prue’s tragic love story as well as Leo and Piper’s wonderful and complicated love story.
Another reason why I loved season 1 was because of the fact that it led me to take the characters in my heart not to mention the fact that I loved when they loved, hurt when they hurt, and cried when they cried. There were some favorite moments of mine from the season and I have to admit that they were super funny.
I also loved the fact that Phoebe was the first person to find out that Leo was not only a Whitelighter but also their Whitelighter. It was good that she tried to give him tips on how to let Piper know the reason why they couldn’t be together and in the end she came up with “geographically undesirable.”
My heart cried with Prue when Andy died and was killed by a demon yet what was good was that The Charmed Ones were able to vanquish the demon who killed him and thus avenge his death. A part of me secretly hopes that they were able to get back together after Prue died because Andy was always my favorite out of all of her relationships.
