As you know girls, breaking up is hard to do. Sometimes it is even worse when the couple are also good friends.

We have kept you updated about the lives of Demi and Joe since their break up. Demi has changed her look and gone out to parties and has also been working a lot. Joe has pretty much done the same.

They also both psed for Teen Vogue and on the 27 of July the Jonas Brothers go on tour with Demi.

But is Demi really alright? Not according to ZackTaylor.ca:

"She just wouldn't stop crying. It's like it all just hit her at once. She kept saying how much she misses him, and how she wants him back... It was crazy how emotional she was," said a friend of Demi's after partying with the singer the other night.

Poor Demi. The sources added: "She puts on a good front that everything is okay, but in reality she's obviously still hurting. It's sad, but we know she will get through it."

Demi is going through the worst part of the break up right now. She is thinking about all the good times they had together and missing Joe. She needs to either see if they can work this out (hard to do without a lot of talking) or leave it all behind her once and for all.
