Finally! Sorry for the wait, this took longer than I thought! Enjoy!
The TARDIS landed smoothly for once, which surprised the Doctor but not Abby. “Sorry, Dad, but I figured out how to not crashland and still get the rocking and the TARDIS noise.”
“Oh, Abby, you are a genius!”Rory beamed at his niece. Amy rolled her eyes.
“I like crash landing.” Amy grumbled.
“Same.” The Doctor sighed. “Oh, well, if it keeps all of us happy.” The Doctor opened the door, walked out- and ran right back in. “No, no no no no! Why is he here? He's following me!” He pushed the lever down and pressed buttons. “Okay, Leadworth, 2010, Rory's got to drop off those papers and Amy needs to pick up a few things, right Amy?”
“Oh, yeah.” Amy nodded. The TARDIS landed and Rory immediately ran out, papers in hand.
“Abby, you wanna come?” Amy asked.
“Nah. I'll stay here with Dad. I need more stuff to take the the Krots in 5 Trokian months.”
“All right, I'll see you later.” Amy smiled and left.
“All right, we're safe from the weirdo 15th century painter. For now.” The Doctor grinned at Abby. “What do you want to do while we wait?”
Abby lifted her eyes to the ceiling- and grew nearly ten centimetres. “I-”
Just then, the TARDIS started rocking. “What are you doing?” Abby yelled.
“I'm not doing anything!” The Doctor yelled. “It's the TARDIS! She's doing it!”
“Take us back, Dad. Take us BACK!!”
“I can't! The controls have locked up!” The Doctor pounded on the console. “WHERE ARE WE GOING?!”
They skidded to a halt suddenly, throwing Abby off balance. “TARDIS, where are we?” she roared.
The TARDIS mumbled slightly, lighting green.
“Don't you go all seclusive with me, you just left Mom and eccentric Uncle Rory behind in Leadworth! We are going back there RIGHT NOW!!!”
The TARDIS grumbled slightly and Abby lost it. “I DON'T CARE IF LEONARDO DA VINCI IS OUT THERE , WE ARE GOING TO GET MOM AND ECCENTRIC UNCLE RORY BACK RIGHT NOW AND THEN WE WILL COME BACK!!”
The Doctor's eyes lifted in surprise as the TARDIS grumbled an acceptance and started off towards Leadworth. “How'd you do that?” he asked Abby.
“You promise her you'll go straight back. Works like a charm.” Abby smiled and the TARDIS groaned. “Oi, count yourself lucky we're going back at all!” Abby yelled.
The Doctor emerged from the TARDIS and started towards Amy's house. Rory emerged from the stairs, spotted the Doctor, and jumped. “What?”
“Rory, you mailed those things right?”
“Yeah, but...”
“Go get in the TARDIS. I have five minutes, maximum.”
“Amy's not pleased with you, you know.” Rory called.
“She's never pleased with me.” The Doctor grumbled, taking the stairs two at a time. “Amy?”
“DOCTOOOOOOR!!!” Amy emerged from her room, her hair a mess and looking very frazzled. “YOU'RE LATE!!!!”
“Yeah, I can see that. Come on, we have five minutes!” He grabbed her by the wrist.
“Do you even know how late you are?” Amy roared.
“No. I don't. Care to tell me?”
“You are eight and a half month's late, Doctor! I am eight month's pregnant with your son!”
“Oh. He stopped short at that. “Sorry, but it wasn't my fault.”
“Then WHO can I blame?” Amy yelled as the Doctor made to enter the TARDIS.
He whipped around. “Blame Leonardo Da Vinci for being on a 21st century Felspoonian spaceship!”
Amy stopped as the TARDIS door swung open.“How did he get there?”
“I don't know, but the TARDIS wants us to get him home, which is why I'm eight months late. Now, come on!” He tugged her into the TARDIS, shutting the door firmly behind him.
Wanna know what happens next? I can tell you that it involves the Power Rangers- or something like that- and a premise like the one from the Eleventh Hour. It will all be revealed- next time!
