Will you get suspended or banned if you make a whole other account to just mess around in?

I want to make another account like just to do stuff in. But I don't want my original account to get suspended or banned.

Why do you need another account to "do stuff in"? There shouldn't be any need for you to have another account...

I don't do anything different on any other account than i do with this one and any way they are all on different emails so nothing is wrong
