How do you make those small hearts?

hey guys can you plz plz plz tell me how do you make small hearts like this ♥ i just copied it i really don,t know how to make these hearts if u give me the answer that will be very helpful to me plz :)

First,keep your one finger on 'Alt' button on keyboard and another finger on no. '3' and then release both fingers at once!

or you can press 'Alt' & '3' together ,just remove your fingers from both buttons at same time.
