PLEASE comment do not ignore it correctly!!!

HEY Guys really hears me going articles 11 and 13! It concerns big companies Google still Facebook then YouTube and Instragam.also affects Tumblr and Fanpop.
I do not know Fanpop and Tumblr will do but through this law both companies will go bankrupt.
You are not allowed to upload pictures because all pictures are checked by Uploadfilter!

I have long heard with the refugees.I live in Japan, even police in japan want this law 11 and 13 articles to come.They are annoyed anime and manga offend.
