^I disagree. There are some dead clubs with mottos which make no sense at all, yet the creators of those clubs are long gone, so there's no way of changing even the most ridiculous club mottos, such as the one for The Easter Club for instance. That's a perfect example of a bad or wrong motto. I have tried to contact the club creator (the 1st fan of a club), yet he or she is no longer on Fanpop, so it's useless. This system of making forums to debate on some club motto & then making a poll to vote for a new motto is just too complicated for me. I just thought it would be much easier this way, if we could have the elections for new mottos as well. I just made a poll on a new motto for The Easter Club. The club motto was obviously made by a child as a joke & now this 'child' has all grown up & left Fanpop years ago, leaving a silly motto behind to stay on Fanpop forever. I think we should be able to change such club mottos as well. I don't think I like this whole system very much tbh; it's just too complicated for me, that's all. Nowdays you'll have to inform the F4 to change a club motto for you, if the most fans vote for a motto to change that is. Wouldn't it be much more simpler to actually vote for a new club motto? I mean, we already have to vote even for own personal club icon or a banner, so why not voting for a club mottos as well, especially those deserted (dead) clubs with no way of getting in touch with the club creators whatsoever 'cause believe it or not some people just make a club & then they simply leave Fanpop. I think we should we have such an option available, that's all. Sorry to disagree, but I have my own reasons for suggesting this brand-new Fanpop feature. It's not just The Easter Club btw. There are some really bad, or should I say some completely wrong club mottos all over the Fanpop. I must admit I was expecting a full support from my fellow Fanpoppers. Guess I was wrong, as usual. We can't even agree on a simple thing like this! How depressing! Anyway, I'll stick to my choice, no matter what. Even if a 99% of all fans vote No on this poll, that's still not gonna change my mind!!

^^That's exactly why people don't like being on Fanpop so they leave. More people leave than new ones like me join Fanpop! Even I'm planning to leave!! You people can't agree on anything! I think Mark has a point. I think it's a good idea. It's just sad to see all of you picking No and then you go on complaining how you can't edit any clubs, not even your own club. No wonder people leave Fanpop every day! Who would ever want to stay here anyway?! I know I don't! Good luck Mark! At least you have my full support! It's a perfect idea but you people are just too blind to see that! God, how I hate Fanpop!!!

I can think of some clubs where the motto does need updating, and others where you might want to vary it from time to time - for example clubs where the motto is a quote from the fandom topic. In most situations, I don't see why you would want to change the icon and banner but not likewise vary the motto.

I think so. I'd love to fix the Azula club's motto due to its spelling and capitalization errors.

That said, you can message the site mods and ask them to change it, I've done it before many times. It just takes a bit longer.

Especially for mottos which contain spelling mistakes, or ones which are something like "for the hoped-for couple in..." when that couple not only became canon but was endgame.
