Damion sat in the room in awkward silence, watching the others whisper among themselves. Lilly is in a chair, but her casts are finally gone, and she is capable of walking again, Skipper is seated by her, holding her flipper gingerly as any lover would, Kowalski sat to his right, listening in on the discussion and waiting for the moment to speak, Rico was standing, with Hannah leading the conversation, Private sat by Damion, but has fallen asleep on his lap.
"Look guys, I know he caused a slight breakout at his prison, I know he's still wanted, and broke the terms of his sentence, but I know he isn't going to mean us harm, Damion has reformed for my sake. It's for that reason I say we don't turn him in," Hannah said.
Rico shrugged, nodding his head at Hannah in agreement.
"I'm with her as well, I know Damion leads a checkered past with us, but I believe that since they are in love, Damion will make sure to hold tightly to his vows. That, and he could be a very valuable asset to our investigation, being an ex-killer, he'd have some treasurable insight on the mind of a criminal, plus, his incredible intellect could serve us well," Kowalski stated.
Hannah looked pleadingly over the others, their facial expressions didn't assuage her fears of Damion being rejected by the team.
"Agreed, but if he gets out of line, we'll turn him in ourselves, alright Hannah?" asked Lilly.
"I'll make sure he's good," Hannah promised, holding Damion's flipper.
"Skipper?" Kowalski motioned to his commander, all eyes turned to Skipper.
"Only because Hannah's a tough cookie, and she'll see to it that he doesn't do anything stupid," Skipper crossed his flippers with an annoyed sigh.
"Thanks guys, I'm so happy you aren't against him, I mean, you know he isn't The Kid right?" Hannah asked.
Rico coughed loudly, as if trying to sneak a few words in.
Hannah sighed.
"You still think he's gonna turn on us, that's it right?" Hannah asked.
"It isn't possible that he is The Kid, but the fact remains that he has committed crimes before, violent crimes even, and that fact is still taken into account as of now," Lilly stated.
Damion then laid Private down gently, then got up to speak.
"If I may, drop a few words in here?" Damion asked.
"Fire away," Kowalski responded.
"Alright, I get it that you guys don't trust me, I hurt all of you in some way in the past, I won't deny that, and I understand how anyone in this state would find me unworthy of trust. However, I turned around for the sake of a lover, and I promised her that for as long as she loves me, for as long as I love her, for as long as we both live, that I shall not ever turn my back on the side of justice and order. Even if we split, I shall leave you all be, as I shall still love my dear beloved mate~" Damion got onto one knee and bowed his head.
Lilly cocked an eyebrow, then Skipper and Kowalski soon after, faces frozen in thought and perplexed with inner conflict.
Soon after, Lilly huddled up with Skipper, Rico, and Kowalski, whispering to one another for a few minutes. Skipper nodded, with Rico giving a shrug.
"We trust you, but Hannah must keep a constant vigil over you, alright?" Skipper suggested.
Damion gave one slow nod, holding Hannah's flipper firmly.
"Then it's settled, you'll help us hunt down The Kid, welcome to the team Damion," Kowalski reached his flipper out and shook Damion's.
Hannah smiled small, with a hopeful glance at Damion as they shook flippers and began to talk in cozy conversation.

omg, i had several dreams about the show! one was fan-wrtten-episode week, where we send in episodes and they choose which episodes to air!
then one about a fan-created series, where the fans nominate three or four fan OCs the become thei own tv show derived from a tv show derived from a movie!
then just a bunch of episode ideas after that.
but the point was, i had a dream once, where there was a bank in my room, i cleaned it the next day, found a twenty-dollar bill uder the bd, and an empty piggy-bank in the closet!
