You have to understand that for security reasons we can’t tell all of you. I should always be here so you don’t need to worry. There is also a room upstairs to spend our breaks in, this is purely for us to sleep in and the ones we rescue to live in.” A slab of stone slid out of the wall to reveal a winding staircase. Above this staircase was a sign Welcome To Heaven “That is a joke put in their by Peter so you might just want to ignore it” Mohinder explained, a faint smirk on his face. The descended down it and arrived at what seemed like an underground station. “This train leads you down to the complex and arrives there in less than a minute” Mohinder explained gesturing to a compact bullet train ironically painted in yellow with FTE written on it. Mohinder and Molly ascended back up the stairs and collapsed into the office chairs. Suddenly Peter arrived with Micah. Mohinder stood up “Hello again Micah, I am sure Peter has briefed you on what’s going on.” Micah nodded “Right then Micah and Molly come with me. Walking through a door adjoining the office they stepped into a high tech control room. “This is where you two will be working; you will be our mission control. Micah you can do anything with the machines and Molly you can locate people. I will be here to help to.” Molly and Micah looked at each other and gave shy smiles. “Micah can you do me one quick favour please?” Mohinder asked. Micah nodded again. “Can you tell all the CCTV cameras in new York to not recognise our faces, that way we can move around without being detected?”Micah beamed “Give me something hard next time”
They walked back into the office just as Lee, Catherine, Claire and Matt arrived through the other door. “Nice pad down there Mohinder” Lee joked, receiving an elbow in the ribs from Catherine. “Geez i was just saying” he whined playfully. “Ok guys” Mohinder addressed everyone “We are ready now. Claire, matt, Lee, Catherine get out there driving, the cameras won’t recognise you” The four of them left and after a couple of minutes there was the sounds of four ignitions starting and then the four cans pulled out of the warehouse. “Peter, why don’t you get some rest? You’ve been busy and I’ll page you when i need you” Peter nodded and left to go downstairs. “Right you two” He said ushering Micah and Molly into the control room “Let’s get to work”.
