As I was dancing with my then girlfriend Nancy I spotted Giselle coming with her prince Edward. She was like an angel from heaven with her beautiful purple mermaid dress, her hair was so dead straight and her smile said it all. I was so enchanted by her new look I forgot that my girlfriend was with me at the time. She was slightly jealous of her and asked me ‘ what is she doing here’. I turned to her and said ‘I have No idea’. As she came forward I was speechless I messed up about some things that I wanted to tell her so bad. ‘ Im surprised to see you here’ I said to Giselle. ‘Im surprised you said you didn’t dance’ she said as I told her before that I don’t dance or sing. ‘ I said I didn’t never said I couldn’t’ I said .

As the band leader was announcing about switching partners I thought great now’s my chance to woo Giselle and prove that I can be the knight in shining armour unlike that obnoxious moron Edward grrr I wanted to hit him but I didn’t bother I might ruin his pretty face haha. As the song So Close was playing there was complete silence. I looked at Giselle as if I never saw a woman before. As we were dancing slowly I gave her a twirl. Suddenly I took a deep breath and began to sing to her. ’Now your beside me and look how far we come, so far we are so close’ I whispered in her ear as I was so in love with her. Sure im with Nancy but Giselle turned my life around and she made me a better person. As Nancy interrupted us I was so mad that I wanted to tell Giselle that I love her. As Nancy danced with me I gave her a look as if to say thanks a lot ,now im about to lose the girl I love. I guess we are so close ,yet so far.
