Taylor Swift, Muse en No Doubt op 2012 MTV European Music Awards

MTV heeft vandaag de eerste namen bekend gemaakt van de artiesten die zullen optreden op de European Music Awards, een jaarlijkse show die dit keer in de Festhalle van Frankfurt wordt georganiseerd.

Als eerste mag Taylor Swift aantreden. Haar single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" stond volgens MTV tijdens de eerste week na de release al op nummer 1 in de iTunes charts in 32 landen. Voor Muse wordt deze editie een leuk weerzien, de mannen hebben al eerder optredens verzorgd tijdens de European Music Awards. Dit keer brengen ze een selectie uit hun zesde studioplaat "The 2nd Law". die deze week uitkwam. En tenslotte zal No Doubt ook terug voet aan land zetten in Frankfurt na het succes van hun eerste nieuwe plaat in 11 jaar tijd, "Push and Shove".
De show zal gepresenteerd worden door Heidi Klum, vooral gekend als ex van Seal en als Duits supermodel. De show wordt live uitgezonden op zondag 11 november via MTV. (Belga / ANA)
