Mum smiled. She grabbed my father's hand and dragged him to the table.
"Harry, you HAVE to read this!" Mum said in utter shock. A few minutes passed. Dad's eyes darted across the letter several times.
"Oh Ginny!" Dad beamed. "This is wonderful!"
"Who's Her-mee-own?" I questioned.
"Her-mioh-nee was a friend of ours at Hogwarts." Mum stated calmly. Wow. I must've thought my parents were old because it shocked me their friends were still alive.
"So this Hermione has a daughter?" I asked.
"And a son. Aww look! She does her T's like 'Mione!" my Mum cooed over the letter.
"I am going to Hogwarts. Is she? Rose, or whatever it is."
Just then, my obnoxious brothers pranced in throwing blankets on each other.
"JAMES SIRIUS AND ALBUS SEVERUS POTTER, CLEAN UP THIS MESS OR-"
Mum was cut off by the boys suddenly grabbing the blankets in protest.
"You're like grandmum, Mum! No fun allowed!"
"Boys, do what Mum says or you're grounded!" Dad warned.
Those boys ate out of Dad's hand. Worshipped, you could've called it. I dunno why.
A crack sound came, and a small girl with beautiful light red hair smiled. She stood next to a boy with dirty blonde hair and a grin. They sported black robes with no emblem applied. A tall, red haired man with a warm smile stared at our home.
"Sorry. We missed you!" cried a woman with bushy, dirty blonde hair.
"'M-mione!" shouted Mum and Dad in awe. "W-what is this?"
"Surprise!" yelled the little girl. She approached me with a warm handshake. "I'm Rose, the sender of your letter."
