Fernando Andina in NCIS. Because I knew him in Spanish show called El Comisario where his character had many things in common with Tony DiNozzo: Man of good family handsome and charming tall with parents somewhat problematic. And as I like them both, I would like to see as a direct confrontation between them, of good cheer, of course.
