Lady Gaga and her mother — along with an all-star group of supporters including Oprah Winfrey, David Burtka, and Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius — launched the Born This Way Foundation Wednesday afternoon at Harvard University. It’s a national antibullying effort set on promoting a “braver, kinder world.”

“I want it to be part of the natural fabric of schooling, so that someone knows that it is not OK to be intolerant of your children, it is not OK to be unaccepting, it is not OK to be violent because you don’t understand,” Gaga said during the launch event. “If you teach your kids to love everyone, hopefully that will, over time, branch out.”

Led by Gaga and her mother, Cynthia Germanotta, the foundation aims to raise public consciousness about the need for support and acceptance of everyone — “a youth empowerment foundation … about transformative change in culture over time,” Gaga said.

In response to questions from a diverse panel that included Deepak Chopra, Burtka, Sebelius, and Jamey Rodemeyer’s sister Alyssa, Gaga answered questions about the foundation and the large hurdles the movement faces in schools and the public sphere.

“It’s going to take a really long time, and if anyone knows how to get a message out there, it’s me,” she said. “I have this feeling that if I can make a song called ‘Just Dance,’ I might be able to make a song that’s ‘Just Be Nice.’

“It is hard to be brave, I don’t have all the answers, in fact I have very few. I’m someone that is very passionate, and what I would like for you to do is be just one of many examples.”

There are no official events announced, but Germanotta said some very specific “programs” will be rolled out in the coming weeks.

The foundation is officially up and running online, and the Born Brave Bus, a mobile advocacy resource, will follow Gaga’s tour bus during the North American leg of her upcoming Born This Way Ball tour.

Despite being the first of Lady Gaga’s singles to ever miss the prestigious top ten mark on the Billboard Hot 100, “Marry The Night” has granted Gaga another milestone to celebrate. This week, “Night” vaulted to the top spot on Billboard’s Dance/Club Play chart, becoming Gaga’s twelfth consecutive number one on the chart in less than three years, the most of any artist in that span of time according to Billboard.com.

Lady Gaga has been unstoppable since “Just Dance” and “Poker Face” first took over airwaves in early 2009. Within three years, she has sold 23 million albums...

The 25-year-old 'Born This Way' singer has apparently decided to start a family with boyfriend and 'Vampire Diaries' actor Taylor Kinney.

A source said: ''She's already doodling baby names on scraps of paper. She's been bragging about how beautiful their children will be because Taylor is so handsome.

''She wants everything with him - love, marriage and a family. But she's set on becoming a mother before they think about anything else and she's talking about giving birth in the next year.

''You know this is the real deal because she...

Lindsay Lohan and Lady Gaga collaborating in the studio?

Don’t bet on it, but producer Rodney Jerkins, who’s going to be out of work if he keeps coming up with ideas like this, says he’d like the two to work together.

“I can pair them up,” says Jerkins, who recently collaborated on Gaga’s “Telephone” with Beyoncé. “I would love it. I would love to see what could happen.”

While it sounds like convincing the Lost writers to collaborate with the total hacks who bring you Heroes, Jerkins thinks this would be a can’t miss project.

He also thinks Lohan can be the next big thing...

Hey there sugar baby
Saw you twice at the pop show
You taste just like glitter mixed with rock and roll
I like you a lot lot
Think you're really hot hot

I know you think you're special
When we dance real crazy
Glam-aphonic, electronic, disco baby
I like you a lot lot
All we want is hot hot

[Chorus:]
Boys boys boys
We like boys in cars
Boys boys boys
Buy us drinks in bars
Boys boys boys
With hairspray and denim
Boys boys boys
We love them!

Oh, oh

Baby is a bad boy
With some retro sneakers
Let's go see The Killers
And make out in the bleachers
I like you a lot lot
Think you're really hot hot
Let's go to the party
Heard...

Last night, I had the great pleasure of seeing Lady Gaga kick off a sold-out, four-night engagement at New York’s legendary Radio City Music Hall and, lemme tell you Music Mixers, I almost wept with joy. Gaga’s Monster Ball tour is one of the greatest concert experiences of my life. AH-MAZING. I can’t stop thinking about it. In the past week Gaga had some health issues, but you would never have known based on her tireless energy and robust vocals. This lady is the real deal! She opened the show with “Dance in the Dark” and hardly took a break until the climactic, floor-shaking performance...
