Time for Lost...
Time for Lost...
Okay, first of all, I shall let you all into my creative process of these articles before I begin. I get home from work, watch the episode, go and post a trailer for the next episode and then put on some Motion City Soundtrack and start on this. I usually have a good starting point by this time.

I do know, that I am not going to discuss what happened at the camp in this episode, as it was all summarised in the Sneak Peek video for this episode better than I could do it. Nothing else of interest happened there apart from what's in the trailer.

This episode however, I have no starting point. I think, that we must begin with what some of you may not know.

These guys have the last say in anything Lost related

Carlton Cuse and Damond Lindelof, the executive producers of the show (if you didn't know that, go and hand in your DHARMA suit) have promised us five deaths within the last four episodes. We have had:

- Anthony Cooper (killed by Sawyer in The Brig)
- Roger Linus (killed by Ben before Tricia Tanaka Is Dead, shown in The Man Behind The Curtain)

So with just two episodes left to go, who will be next? We need three more deaths. Does this mean Locke is dead after being shot by Ben? Three more characters, Losties, Others, Naomi, anyone will die before the season ends. No way we can change it. They will.

Mikhail's got nothing on me...
Mikhail's got nothing on me...

This helps me get onto Locke. He seemed to take what Ben had said quite literally, and dumped his father in the middle of the camp, and demanded to get answers from Ben, and managed to drop him in it when he mentioned Jacob out loud.

However, I actually laughed out loud when he beat Mikhail senseless, and his survival was touched upon as well.

Alex also appeared again, and may have seen Jacob, as she knew Locke would need a gun when he was headed there.

This is Jacob
This is Jacob

This is our mysterious Jacob, seen only for a brief second by us, but apparently for the whole scene by Ben, who I was pretty sure was crazy, which he helped to prove by killing his father, maybe you have to kill your father to become an Other, Ben did it, Locke did it, will Alex do it?

Why does Jacob hate technology so much, and if as quoted 'Everything that happens on the island has a logical explanation' then how did Jacob make windows smash, and why was he invisible, IT'S NOT HEROES DANG IT! I want to see him next episode, but next week we're back to the beach so that Charlie can die.

A lot of backstory and DHARMA and finally The Purge was seen, but we still have no idea how 'The Hostiles' actually came to be on the island in the first place, as there is that slight conception problem. Although there was a logo for a station I've never seen on all the DHARMA suits. It was a strange line through, that resembled The Arrow, but that wasn't it, perhaps a new station to be unveiled. After The Purge, how did Ben, an outsider ascend so highly amongst The Others? Guess we'll have to wait until season six to find out.

So, now that I have rambled on enough, let's hype up next week's episode.

This time, you have to die brother
This time, you have to die brother

Where's Benji? Oi you, Rose and Bernard are listed as being in the next episode. Now shut up. We also have Alex, Karl, Richard and Rosseau appearing next week, so who knows what could happen? This is also the episode where many think Charlie will die, as predicted continually be Desmond, and the official synopsis for the episode reads so:

While Jack devises a plan that could get rid of the Others once and for all, Sayid discovers a flaw in the Others system that could lead to everyone's rescue, but it requires Charlie to undertake a dangerous task that Desmond has foreseen in a premonition.

What do you reckon Lost fans?

As many of you may know Daniel Faraday departed from our screens on Lost a few days ago. It is not 100% confirmed that he is dead but I think form the last episode we can assume he is.

Now Daniel was one of my favourite characters from the moment he arrived on the island in the final few seconds of "4x01 The Beginning of the End". Straight away I could tell that he was going to be such an influential, inspirational and awesome character. The next episode gave us a lot more of Dan and built his character. He was quirky yet intelligent and very mysterious. Throughout the fourth series Dan made...
