First, NEVER (if possible) compare yourself to others. You can talk to him. First say you feel strongly about him. Check out his response. If it's a good reaction, then maybe you can go on and say you love him. Do not mention that your other friends are crazy about him too. This is your time, focus on your feelings. It's his choice who he likes, regardless of how many girls like him. None of your friends are going to "make" him like her back, there's nothing they can do. Whoever he likes, he can't help it. So just flirt with him, spend time with him, enjoy his company, and see what happens.

I guarantee you that you are NOT worse than your friends in any way. Everybody feels insecure like that--we tend to see the good things in others and the faults in ourself. This guy, your crush, sees you for you, and even if it turns out he only likes you as a friend, it does not mean any one of those girls is better than you.

As far as practical advice goes, step up the flirting! Guys are not good at taking a hint--push yourself and really show that you like him.
