I like Mikoto Uchiha, she is one of my fave characters from Naruto . She was kind, compassionate and a lovely women, wife and mother. Not to mention, she was a worthy ninja too as she was a jounin, the 2nd highest rank a ninja can get after Hokage. After her marriage, She settled for being a homemaker/housewife so she can look after her family, showing how much she cared about her husband and her kids.

She was an understanding and supportive wife to Fugaku, which can be seen when Mikoto tells Sasuke how Fugaku is very busy with the clan matters and he is both the head of the clan and leader of Uchiha Military Force. She understood her husband's important role in the clan and helped him by taking care of the kids at home.

She surely was a wonderful mom to Itachi and Sasuke. She loved and took care of them of both very well.

She understood how Sasuke felt about his father and old brother who was a genius of the clan and the pressure on him to follow his father and brother's footsteps. She made sure Sasuke felt loved and important as equally, which is why she assures him that Fugaku always thinks about both him and his brother and he only talks about Sasuke when he and Mikoto are alone. Mikoto also tells Sasuke not to push too hard to be perfect.

With Itachi too, who was her firstborn, she shared a strong bond. She always made sure he did his homework and does not lack behind in his studies. When Itachi was about to murder her, she consoles Itachi saying that her and Fugaku's pain will be over soon. She understood Itachi's decision and even in her last moments, she loved her son.

All in all, Mikoto was a great mother who made sure both her sons grow up with love and care. She was also a good wife and beautiful, strong woman who took up her responsibilities towards her clan and family very well.
