Lol, probably because no-one liked Morgan or Fullbody and because Smoker is awesome. XD. I forgot to list him as one of my top tens... I guess I put too many One Piece girls in it. Lol.

I liked Fullbody during his cover stories with Jango (in the manga). They were pretty touching if you ask me.
