Not sure how many I will put up today. I'll still write more today.
Bella's POV
I walked to Rosalie who was sitting on the couch next to Emmett.
" Rosalie? Can I talk to you for a minute?"
" Sure. Is something wrong?" she asked.
" I don't think so....." I said unscertain.
Rosalie glared at me curiously
What's Bella up to?
"Rosalie, do you remember one time you showed me a large book of jewelries that shows the histories behind each one of them?" I asked.
"Oh yeah. The book is upstairs. Esme wanted to borrow it. She's done with it.' she told me.
"Thanks."
I went upstairs and found the book on the nightstand in the corner of the room.
Edward was also behind me.
I flipped through the pagees looking for my necklace. I remember seeing it before.
I found it on page 3953.
Collana Di Immortalità
I looked confused at first. Then I remembered that I learned some Italian as the leader of the Volturi. I looked at Edward.
" It means 'Necklace of Immortality' right?"
Edward nodded.
I continued reading.
The Collana Di Immortalità is a necklace made by the Sijuni Tribe in 1749. It is known to hold the powers of life and death. Inside the tiny container holds ashes of the god of Immortality. And those who are mystical creatures (vampires, warewolves, witches, etc.) can unlock its special powers by using their own special abilities and transfering their energy into it. Those who are mortals, enemies of the god, or defies the god MAY NOT be allowed to keep this necklace. If they keep the necklace for over 24 hours, they'll be cursed. They will be confronted by the god of Immortality and be sentenced to death.
There are legends of the chosen one. The chosen one is the destined being to keep the necklace and unlock its ultimate power. The chosen one has been searched for centries and has not been found. After the 1940's, the necklace had been lost in World War II. It hasn't be found or recovered. But the Sijuni Tribe still believes that one day, the necklace will be recovered and the search of the Chosen One will continue.
"The Chosen One" I whispered while holding the necklace. I stared at it for a long time.
Ok, if you are wondering there is no such thing as the Sijuni Tribe. I just made that up! So don't google it or use it in a search engine. These days, I'm pretty good at making legends...
