Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and as usual, I'm giving my annual holiday gift of the must anticipated fan fiction trivia of the year. Without further ado, let's get started!
1. I almost titled the fan fiction where New Religion and the Radiant Terriers go on tour together, "New Radiant Religious Terriers: The Tour".
However, I felt that it would be better to title it "Touring with New Friends", as it was very fitting, and the original is a bit of a mouthful.
2. When I came up with Anjanette's name, Layla came up with Ferdinand's name, as she felt his name had to be unique too.
I told her that the name Ferdinand reminded me of Ferdinand the bull. He was different from the other bulls in that he didn't like to fight, and he was gentle and didn't want to hurt anybody. It is very fitting for Anjanette's best friend.
3. Originally, John's injury in "An Unforgettable Christmas" was going to be much worse.
John was originally going to be in a coma as a result of a head injury. However, Paul (RocknRollSoul60), my trusty fan fiction editor talked me out of it. He felt that John's fans wouldn't react well to this, so I made his injury much less severe.
4. The song that saved John's life is "Live Forever" by Oasis.
This was a suggestion from Paul. "Live Forever" is the only song from Oasis that Paul likes. Otherwise, Paul hates Oasis, because he thinks they were Beatle wannabes.
5. I considered having Abigail, the drummer from the Radiant Terriers, find romance in "Touring with New Friends".
I decided instead to put it on the back burner. I might have this done sometime in 2021. We shall see.
6. My favorite character from my collaborations with Layla (Rubyrings) is Anjanette.
I really like how this character turned out. She has a unique name, and she's easy to love. I just want to hug her. Ferdinand runs a close second, of course.
7. "A Life Without Love", my first collaboration with Layla, is the first fan fiction where I wrote parts and was not drinking any liquids in the process.
I know that information is not important. I just felt like throwing that out there.
8. Similar to her namesake, Leila loves to wear bright colors.
The one thing she doesn't have in common with Layla is she is a tall girl. Who says you have to have everything in common with your namesake?
9. Greeley has a fondness for exotic meat.
If any restaurant has wild boar, bear, venison, elk, or any kind of exotic meat, Greeley has to try it.
10. Of all the people I've collaborated with, Layla is my favorite person to collaborate with.
Everyone else, please do not be offended by this. I don't mean to take anything away from you all. It's just that Layla is a lot of fun to collaborate with, and whenever she posts a part, I immediately know which direction I want to take with the part I have to write.
I hope you enjoyed this article. If you didn't, please be respectful. If you can't do that, go away!
Happy Holidays!

During the 4th of July celebration in Oak Ridge, the members of New Religion decided to take Klondike out with them to get him used to noise and crowds. Lots of people stopped them and asked to pet Klondike. He was very happy getting petted. One person said, "He's a beautiful dog. What kind of dog is he?" Erin said, "He is a cross between a German Shepherd and a Siberian Husky." Another person asked, "How old is he?" Paul replied, "He will be three months old later this month." Klondike enjoyed all the attention he was getting. He didn't seem to mind the noises during the parade. That night, he wasn't even bothered by the fireworks. Carl said, "I think he's mascot material. He doesn't have a problem with crowds or noises." Lola said, "Yeah. He will do well when he starts touring with us." The members of New Religion knew that they got the perfect dog to be their new mascot when Fritz retires. Klondike will have big shoes to fill, but he'll certainly fill them.

The next day, Leila and Greeley took Paul for a walk on the beach while Leila's aunt and uncle relaxed on the beach. Greeley said, "I can't believe today is our last day here." Leila said, "I know. Vacations always go by so quickly." He said, "Let's make the most of the time we have." She said, "Yes." That evening, they had a seafood meal. They then began packing for their things so that they would be ready for their trip back home. Greeley said to Leila, "Thank you for inviting me to go on vacation with you, Leila." She said, "You're welcome, Greeley." He said, "We'll have to do some more fun things this summer." She said, "Yeah. That would be great." They settled into their beds to rest for the trip the next morning.
The next day, Greeley accompanied Leila and her aunt and uncle on a ride to the nearest beach. Leila's uncle drove. Leila's dog, Paul, enjoyed looking out the window at the sights. When they stopped for lunch, Leila took Paul out on a leash to "do his business". A few people stopped Leila and asked her, "What kind of dog is that?" Most people didn't believe her when she told them that Paul is a purebred German Shepherd Dog. Leila didn't mind, though. She was aware that most people don't know that Shepherds can be blue, especially solid blue like Paul. Around 6:00 that evening, Leila, Greeley, Leila's aunt and uncle, and Paul arrived at the property. It was a nice beach house, and it was very pet friendly. They were all tired from their trip. After unpacking, they got dinner and relaxed for the rest of the evening. A few hours later, they called it a night.
Leila and Greeley had just finished their first year of college. They were looking forward to the summer. Greeley asked, "What are you going to do this summer, Leila?" She said, "I'm mostly going to relax and take it easy. What are you going to do?" He said, "I think I'll do the same, but we should do some fun things this summer. After all, summer doesn't last forever." She said, "You're right. We should do some fun things together." He said, "I'd like that." Later, Leila texted Greeley and said, "My aunt and uncle and I are going to the beach this weekend. They said that I can bring one friend with me. I first asked Rita, but she can't come, because she's taking summer classes as well as taking on a summer job. Would you like to come with us, Greeley?" He said, "I'd love to, Leila." She said, "Great!" He asked, "Is your dog, Paul, going too?" She said, "Of course he is." The two friends were looking forward to their weekend getaway.
