of course! he can sense it when someone's down! But beware! DO NOT force yourself to be sad, and see the depressing part of every day. That is not the kind of sadness that draws him towards you. The sadness of things out of your control will draw him, not your attitude to make everything sad just because you want Peter to come! Do not confuse the two. Look around on answers, or on my page for good ways to get him to come, rather than making yourself sad to draw him. Hope I helped though!
