Peter Pan and Wendy: My Constant

bendaimmortal This was inspired by the original novel wherein Peter forgot everyone else but he never forgot Wendy (or his real mother), and everyone forgot Peter, except Wendy. Their memory of each other always stayed strong. Even many decades later as a married woman, she still remembered and told stories about him to her daughter. And when he came back for his mother (read; Wendy), to take her back to Neverland, Wendy was indicated to still love Peter and want to be part of his world. But it was her daughter's turn now, to be Peter's mother in turn and there was nothing she could do about it; she'd grown up long ago. But I believe that even with Wendy's daughter and all the daughters time after time being his mother in turn, it was always Wendy whom he really loved, and that if he was real he would keep her in his heart even today.
