I Don't use them at all..or as much as I once did because I prefer to level up my Pokemon the "old fashioned way" by battling a Wild Pokemon or A Trainer Battle..so I usually forget I have them.

I only use them if I need to quickly up a pokemon's level when needed, eg elite 4 matches.

i use them unless in emerald i save them an then i clone them and get like 20. but in the other games i use them rigth away unless that pokemon is already close to leviling up other than that i sue them alot

i saving mine till grovyle is lv 29

I save it so when leveling up takes a long time I use it e.g. When the pokemon exceeds level 60

immediately use it. can't tolerate seeing it inside my bag.

I honestly never use them... Why use it if it gives no EVs? I prefer battling and gaining EVs...

To be honest, I really dont use any of my items, at first I try to "save them" but it keeps going on till eventually I forget I have them.
