The library air was cold and quiet, and smelled like mould, but soon the air would be shattered. Ron snuck up behind Hermione and launched a kiss on her cheek. She screamed, shattering aforementioned air. Mission accomplished, Ron thought as he took the seat beside her. He slipped his hand into hers, and pulled it up onto the table. "Whatcha reading?" He asked, but he already knew the answer. "A History of Magic" she said. Ron groaned. "Will.You.Ever.Stop? Read those Muggle books, the ones about the girl and the vampire!!" he insisted. "No, Ron. I refuse to read such a thing." Hermione stated. "Why?" Ron moaned. "Because, I don't like vampires. I like ginger wizards who moan about reading." Hermione whispered before placing her lips on his. Ron forgot the retort as he joined the kiss. "Ugh, get a room!!" A voice said. Suddenly, Harry popped out of nowhere, covering his eyes and making disgusted noises. Both Ron and Hermione screamed, and toppled off their chairs. Harry chuckled and threw the Invisibility Cloak over himself.

The fire crackled, and Ron brushed his fingers against Hermione's mousy brown hair. She giggled slightly as he moved his hand from her hair to her back, and traced meaningless squiggles on her back. "You like this?" he asked softly. Hermione giggled, which Ron took to be a yes. She rolled over and placed her arms around Ron's shoulders and pulled herself up. She leaned into Ron and kissed him. Ron gave in, but noted that Hermione tasted like cocoa. Hmm.
