SECRET's Ji Eun reveals the secret to her perfect bod in 'Sure' 

SECRET\'s Ji Eun had this crazy nice figure?

Sure\' magazine, Ji Eun revealed that the secret to her body was finetes, which is a combination of fitness and Pilates. She stated that finetes is ideal for beautifully shaping the muscles, and also said that she often uses the stairs instead of elevators to tone her legs.

She looks great! It\'s actually a very good idea to take the stairs whenever you can pick in addition to working out regularly. I used to do that a lot before I became lazy and I took two or three steps at a time so my legs were quite strong and toned.
