Get up! Get up! Mom chirped.
Why, it's Saturday. I said.
Today is the wedding! She said.

Come on get up. The lady is here to do your hair and make up. She said.

Go into the living room. James and I have a surprise. Mom said.

I got up and went over there to see what it was.
There was a box that was wrapped in wrapping paper. James handed me the box that was wrapped.
I unwrapped it and it was converse box. He was probably recyclying the box.
I opened the box and there was a pair of pink converses in there.
Cool! A new pair of converses! I said as I jumped up and down.

I hugged him quickly and than sat back down in the chair by the couch.
The wedding was okay, it was actually fun! It was in the back yard of our new house and so was the reception. I left the pink dress and pink converses on. I felt comfortable in the dress which was a surprise. It was fun and the food was great. I hung out Damon, Alex and Kyle but mostly Alex and Damon.
Do you want to spend the night at my house tonight so you can hang out with Alex and I? Damon asked.
Yeah sounds fun. I would have to ask my Mom, of course. I said.
Hey Mom, and uh James. Can I spend the night at Damon's? I asked.

It's just to hang out, I will even sleep on the couch! I said.

I hugged them both a ran to my room. That was the beauty of my dress, it didn't come over my butt or show anything when I ran. I got to my room and grabbed some swear pants and sweat shirt. Grabbed my board and a back pack. Grabbed the stuff I would need and went back to the party.

I did! I squelled. I put my bag and board on the ground went to go get more punch. I love punch drink that they have at weddings, it's so good.

Why did we not just spend the night at the new hous?. I asked.
