There is a reference to Bart in Pilot episode in a caption that talks about the 'fastest man alive'.
Bart easily outruns Clark. In the comics, The Flash is consistently faster than Superman.
Bart was also mentioned in the Vengeance Chronicles by informing Molly Griggs and Nick Yang that Lex Luthor was restarting the Level 33.1 program.
Like his fellow Justice League members, when he first met Clark he attacked him. However, this was about a day after he really first met him, when Bart used Kryptonite against him.
