HorrorFan101 picked What Happened to Chuck?:
This will always nag at the back of my mind, and the obvious and most-talked about is that he is God, but still, it would be nice for this theory to be confirmed, or a completely new explanation thrown at us. But seeing at we didn't find this out in the first half of Season 6, I sincerely doubt we ever will :(

And the necklace. Chuck I'm wondering about, but it's not too important. We'll find out eventually, I'm sure.

But I have got to write BuddyTV about a few things. I loved All Dogs! What's their problem???

TeeFly picked Less Cas in Season 6:
Bring Cas back! lol sorry, it had to be said. Seriously, though, I miss him a lot this year. It's like he sacrificed everything to help Sam/Dean save the world, built this friendship with them, and then up and disappears for a year, apparently not even making contact with Dean (and Dean didn't seem to care, which is even weirder, since he gets pissed when the guy leaves for a couple and weeks and doesn't return) and now he seems a lot more detached from them, a lot like S4 Cas...except for the whole porn thing, which was just EPIC.

But I actually agree with a lot of these. Dean NEEDS his necklace back. It breaks my heart too much and holds way too much significance for both him and Sammy for it to be gone forever! Chuck being gone, while it makes me incredibly sad because he was pretty epic, and I wouldn't mind seeing Becky creeping around and freaking out over Cas this year, I don't know if they ever are going to answer if he was God or not, because Eric Kripke said at Comic-Con or Salute to Supernatural or something like that, that he did it the way he did on purpose. Because it is something he wanted the audience to struggle with, to have to make their own choice about. And while, I usually hate having to figure things out like that for myself, because I KNOW the writers have decided and I feel like if my opinion differs from theirs it is wrong, this time I feel differently. I like that he left it open to interpretation. Personally, I choose to see Chuck as God, I mean we know he wasn't a prophet, because prophets are human and based on the last time we saw Chuck, he wasn't. But was he God? Like I said, I like to think he was because then he was there all along, helping our boys, like Cas was. But I don't know. Guess only Eric Kripke and Co. know for sure.

No Road So Far? *tears* Why?! :(( And Azazel not killing Jessica. NO GABRIEL...can't he come back like Castiel did?!

But I'm with shomill about All Dogs Go to Heaven! I really liked that episode, so kind of sad it's on their worst list!

fanfly picked Dean’s Missing Necklace:
Dean's necklace has bothered me since it was thrown away. It feels like a huge thing, even though it's just a little necklace. I hate that that issue is unresolved. I just hope the writers know that it's unresolved and don't intend to just leave it like this. We have to know what happened to it! It's important dammit.

My second beef is Lisa breaking up with Dean. I just feel as though that's the writers kowtowing to the negative fan reaction to their relationship. I hate that.

And Chuck! I've had time to think on this and I've decided I don't like the idea of Chuck as God. I'd really rather they resolved his disappearing act as something else and brought back the unshaven, alcoholic, writer, prophet Chuck. Because he's one of my favourite characters...as long as he's not God.

I actually liked the way that Season 6 was introduced, with the montage of Dean's current life and past one set to Beautiful Loser. I thought that was a beautiful way of setting the tone for the season and letting us all know that the show was going to be different.

Also, I loved that Brady was the one who killed Jessica, not Azazel. It makes sense. Jessica had nothing to do with anything, she was just a tool that YED used against Sam, she always had been. It makes sense that he would delegate her death to someone else and personally I thought Brady was just snarky brilliance. I loved that revelation that one of Sam's college friends was possessed so that YED could spy on him.

And although I hate that Gabriel died, it makes sense. He would have been too powerful of an ally in the Apocalypse. It would have made things too easy for the boys and taken away from their story if he had lived. And he went out in an awesome way, with a blaze of glory.

And what in hell was wrong with All Dogs Go to Heaven?! That was a great episode, I loved it! Sniper!Dean, Soulless!Sam being badass, poor Lucky...what was wrong with it?

And less Cas doesn't really bother me. I like him when he's there [usually] but he's just not essential to the show for me.

TeeFly picked Less Cas in Season 6:
True, fanfly, it did bother me too about Lisa, because (and I'm sure this is obvious to everyone on this spot) I'm a pretty avid Dean/Lisa shipper. But the way the writers went about it was realistic. And while I hope that Dean can have some semblance of a normal life, I think at the point in which Lisa breaking up with Dean happened, it was what needed to happen on the show. Dean needed to have his sole focus(no pun intended)/purpose be to get Sam's soul back, it was the mission he needed at the time and he needed almost tunnel vision and a willingness to do anything to achieve it, two things I don't think would have been possible if he was still with Lisa. Like the way he literally died just to see Death, not knowing for certain he would be brought back...I am not sure he would have been willing to take that chance if Lisa had been around, so it was a necessary step at that point. Personally, I don't think they are done with them though, or they wouldn't have brought Lisa and Ben up so much since their apparent departure.

fanfly picked Dean’s Missing Necklace:
Very good points, TeeFly. I can see that there were reasons behind their breakup and it was realistic. I agree that in that point in the story it's what needed to happen. It's just my underlying fear that they'll leave it at that and won't go back to their story line at all that upsets me. I'm just so afraid that the writers are hearing all this negative feedback on Lisa/Ben and that they'll just decide to leave them out of the story because of it. Which I think would be a real shame because I think Dean's relationship with them is/should be a very valid part of his story. It just makes so much sense to me. At the end of Season 5, Sam's sacrifice and realization that love is his true strength was the culmination of his journey into adulthood. Dean branching outside of his tiny circle of family and forming a real relationship with a woman and adopting a son is the culmination of his journey into adulthood. And, personally, I don't want to see him regress completely into 'Take care of Sammy' mode. I want to allow the man some personal growth and a life of his own, outside of Sam. And the same goes for Sam.

Ok...done rambling now.

TeeFly picked Less Cas in Season 6:
I completely see where you are coming from with that, fanfly. And I agree with you. I hope the writers can see that some people really love Lisa, and we try our hardest to be very vocal about that fact, but sometimes our voices get drowned out by the "masses." I don't want them to neglect that part either. I think him being with Lisa and falling for her was a huge part of his journey into adulthood, though the guy was practically born an adult in that family. Him understanding that he was worthy of being loved by somebody like Lisa and Ben, and that he deserved to be happy and have a family was fundamental to his journey and something I really loved. I honestly couldn't say it any better than you did and I agree. Both Sam and Dean do need to have a life outside of each other and this very co-dependent bond they share. I don't want them to live without each other, by any means, but their entire lives don't have to include only them, you know? And while I do adore when Dean is in "take care of Sammy mode" and I think it is a fundamental part of who he is, not something he can turn off, I would like him to see/understand that Sam is all grown up now. Perfectly capable of taking care of himself. It's almost like they've always had this father/son type of relationship instead of brothers. Dean's always protected Sam regardless if Sam wanted and/or needed it, and Sam, understanding that it is who Dean is has always respected him enough to listen. And when he did disobey the world kind of fell apart and their bond was threatened, and Sam apologized and agonized about it, and then went back to listening and respecting Dean. Dean didn't lie to Sam, didn't treat him like a kid. He probably taught him how to ride a bike and tie his tie, and hit on girls, and even one day how to work on cars. It's this kind of push and pull that is very reminiscent of a parent/child relationship, but there has always been this best friends/brothers aspect as well. I just think that if Dean acknowledged Sam more as an adult and didn't feel this overwhelming need/urge to protect him their relationship could be more equal...and this is a complete tangent from what I meant to talk about. Back to Dean/Lisa. I sincerely HOPE the writers don't leave her by the wayside in all of this. Dean deserves his own personal happiness outside of his "family" with Sam/Bobby/Cas, he deserves a bit of peace, a bit of normal. And of course Sammy does too. They both do, and I just hope they get it.

And Dean's necklace, Gabriel, and Fridays. I'm looking forward to more Cas in the next half of the season. The one thing that been with the show since the beginning was the necklace and it would be really harsh if we didn't see it again. Gabriel was one of the few angels that seriously rocked and his death was so sad. Plus the move to Fridays was stupid in a way, but I'd still watch it over anything else!
