Ok I love both of these movies very much as there funny smart and suitable for adults and kids. Here’s a little question for you all what do you get if you add musical hit numbers a handsome rogue theif and a princess with a lot of attitude who has enchanted hair you get Tangled. Take out the rest and you get Shrek.Shrek: First up is Shrek and I am going to talk about the characters. Shrek is a selfish, manipulative ogre who only cares about himself  and he befriends an annoying donkey who has no name only Donkey and later in the sequels he befriends a cat named Puss in Boots. In the 1st movie he falls for a princess named Fiona who has a lot of attitude and is also an ogre and she transforms into one. The story of Shrek is like Enchanted it mocks the fairytales and the brother grimn fairytales from Rapunzel to Snow White. Its very funny as Donkey makes me laugh out loud all the time and I like Shrek because even though his manipulative but deep down he is a nice shy ogre.The villains in Shrek are ok I guess Lord Farquad was hilarious and Prince Charming(who looks like a girl in drag) was another one I liked. The chemistry between Fiona and Shrek is sweet yet it looks like Belle & the Beast’s relationship from that Disney movie Beauty & the Beast. I loathe the 4th one which was the final one of the franchise and it was RIP Shrek and hello to Disney’s Tangled.Tangled: Now for Tangled and I must admit this movie was very very good its my all time favourite animated movie of this decade. The characters in this are extremely funny Flynn Rider was the kind of guy you’d love to hate and whack him over the head with something yet deep down he was a caring handsome man who’s messing with the wrong crowd. Rapunzel (who is 18 yrs old) has a lot of attitude she’s funny,smart,gets very emotional, loving and quite stubborn and hyper. The sidekicks in this movie are so funny that Maximus character is so funny I LMAO every time he gives Flynn this look. Pascal was so adorable I loved how he sticks his tongue in Flynn’s ear (hilarious scene).The villain in this is a dead ringer to Cher I was like what the hell is Cher doing in this movie. She was so obsessed with being young(really she’s like 100 yrs old),she acts all nice yet she’s such a twisted woman who wants to keep Rapunzel locked up in a tower for the rest of her life. The chemistry between Flynn Rider(Eugene Fitzherbert which is his real name) and Rapunzel is so sweet and cute I mean the boat scene was OMG breathtaking and the finale was so intense you think that he/she was going to die. I was on the edge of my seat when the climax part came on. It was brilliant. Which movie is betterJudging by the two I do love Shrek I really do but there is something about Tangled that I like despite the fact it’s a real short movie(96 mins) but it was more funnier and intense.Shrek: 8/10Tangled:10/10Brilliant movies brilliant animation.
