"The one indulgence that I allow myself is food," says Taylor. "I just love food. I can't do crazy birdseed diet stuff."
While her diet may be indulgent, Taylor still displays discipline.
"I like to eat a lot, so I exercise a lot," Taylor explains. "I try to really balance it out, because I just like food so much!"

Country star Tayor Swift has been signed for an exclusive charity gig hosted by Prince William at Kensington Palace.
Taylor and Jon Bon Jovi will headline the Centrepoint Winter Whites Gala, performing for just 200 guests on November 26.
William and Kate moved into Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace just a few weeks ago and will celebrate in style while raising money for Centrepoint.
William is patron of the charity for homeless youngsters.
Tickets are £500 each, with special VIP tickets also on offer. Special guests are also expected to include James Blunt.
A spokesman for Centrepoint said: “It’s a fantastic occasion and hopefully it will raise a lot of money for Centrepoint.”
