If we're counting cartoons I feel like Regina and Azula would get along. They both had shitty relationships with their mothers. They were also both groomed for royalty whether they wanted it or not. And the two also don't know how to care for their friends/loved ones...of course that changed for Gina.
Oh my god I've just realized that Theon Greyjoy and Benjamin Linus are kind of the same underappreciated, unloved, daddy-issue-ridden characters who went berserk in a quest to be somebody. My mind has been blown, thank you anaswill.
I'm really not sure how they'd get along. Theon's reaction to Ben would depend on which season we're talking about, and Ben's just so unpredictable, I don't know. But I picked no before the realization hit, so I'll just stick with that. =P
Of course, they're both easy to get along with although one is significantly more hot tempered than the other but I can't see there ever being an issue between them.
I think, potentially and eventually, they could. I think Derek (Hale) would be intimidated by Peggy (Carter) at first, but then I'd like to think she'd take him under her wing when she realized just what he's been through.
Hanna Marin from Pretty Little Liars and Stiles Stilinski from Teen Wolf, I can totally see them getting along. Maybe even ending up together, even though they both do end up with other people, ugh I still am not a Stydia fan, the thought of them together makes me want to tear my hair out.
