Did he have a tattoo on the bottom lower left hip?

im just really curious because i was watching all Big Bang vids,and concerts for the song la la la,and everytime i see him lift up his shirt,i see something black on the bottom lower hip,i kept rewinding it too and its not the quality and its not hair it can't be why would it be hair when he has his boxers right above his belly button.well i just want to know if it is wow,if it isn't then what is it?
